We invited guests to visit and put them up at the Comfort Inn Syosset (which used to be the Marriott Fairfield) - it was clean, up dated and very nice. Our guests enjoyed the breakfast and it is very close to the On Parade Diner too for lunch and dinner. Definitely stay here for your Syosset stay!

Excellent stay

We have stayed at this hotel when we make quick visit to Long Island to visit family and friends. Like all hotels, quality has gone down. You get room service every 3 days and if you need towels, soap etc you have to ask at the front desk. They leave 2 little bars of soap, one for the shower and one for the sink for 2 people and three days. If they are not going to service your room then at least leave extra towels, soap etc. However, it’s no different than anywhere else. The breakfast has also gone down in quality. No fruit the 4 nights we were there, bagels which are supposed to be from bagel boss, a great bagel shop, are almost a day old. The best about this hotel is location because in that area there are not many choices. I would stay again because of the location.

Nothing special but convenient

The  staff was great 👍 and house keeping was great 👍 too next year will be back oh by the way the  Breakfast was good Thanks for everything well be back next year 😀 I love  long Island from Chris Burke..................................... ...

Summer ☀️ week end 

We had the chance to spend a long weekend visiting family and stayed at the Comfort Inn Syosset. I normally stay at Hilton or Marriott but the location of the property was too good to pass up. I was amazed with the cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff, and quality of the breakfast. I don't know if I am ready to be a Comfort loyal traveler, but would stay here again without hesitation.

Surprised!

So my husband  and I stayed at this  Comfort Inn in Syosset, NY from 10/15-19. We have stayed at this location many times in the past due to the convenience in travel. Well, it appears that this place over the the last two years or so has gone downhill. For $165 or more for a King Deluxe room that was the size of a prison cell, it was disgusting I called and spoke with a rude female on evenings who informed  us that a deluxe room is larger, especially since my I  use a certified service animal and a walking cane! We therefore paid additional money for the King Deluxe, compared to a King room. I am a diamond member and I requested a corner room since I am a very light sleeper. We were given Room 303, which is fairly close to the elevator and no way a corner room.  We received two towels that were paper thin, two paper thin washcloths, no hand towels, no extra tissues and no extra waste paper/garbage bags. We had to personally throw out our own garbage every morning utilizing the plastic food bags from the grocery store. Housekeeping service was every 3 days. Nothing in between. We asked for housekeeping to take of our room and it basically consisted of clean towels and that was it. 
During our previous stays we always dealt with Jason, the manager  and an older housekeeping supervisor that we learned have be corporately eliminated? What a big mistake that was. It seems to me that they kept the hotel much nicer, and far more desirable. The breakfast has completely gone downhill also. The great bagels they always had don’t exist anymore. The fruit choices was an apple or orange. No bananas. Cheap danish and pop tarts.  We have stayed at this location numerous times including our children and arranging for a wedding party to stay here.  This establishment is definitely not on our “go to “ list the next time we visit New York. It’s a great location, and at this point that’s about all it has going for it.

Gone downhill

My friend lived in the area years ago so we chose this location to stay for a few days. We had travelled to NY for medical treatment and needed a place to stay for a few days. Clean room and nice lobby set up. For an older facility it was nice.

Road trip, easy location to travel to appointments

One issue we have booking through Hotwire is that we don't know the hotel beforehand, so with a bit of trepidation we decided to book through Hotwire. We got a Comfort Inn. 

There's 2 parking lots, in the event that both lots are full, there's plenty of street parking. The lobby is spacious and clean, sporting a relaxing & beautiful fish tank. This hotel was surprisingly clean and well maintained. 

The staff here are the true superstars: John, Mike, David, Daniel & Nelsy made our stay so hospitable, enjoyable and safe. 1st day we arrived we ended up on the 2nd floor, by bedtime there was very loud TV noise coming from the room next door, we couldn't rest. We called the concierge and spoke with Daniel, he was very accommodating and understanding, he was able to give us another room one floor up and in a corner where it was very quiet, can't Thank Daniel enough for this. 

The shower has lots of water pressure and the showerhead is adjustable. 

They offer free breakfast and plenty of coffee. They have bagels, muffins, breakfast burritos, cereals, etc and it's all sealed safe from Covid-19. 

I have family in the area, and we will definitely book here again when we visit next time.

We arrived after midnight, and we were greeted immediately and in our room in a few minutes

Last minute stay 

We’re LI natives from Nassau County. Moved away in 1975. We were back for a funeral of an old High School & Hot Rod Club buddy. 
I have been using my Choice Card and staying at Choice Hotels for many years. We travel the US by car, hate to fly, can’t see anything from 36,000’. We stay at Choice Hotels because we trust them, we know that we will always enjoy a pleasant stay.
Comfort Inn Syosset was no exception, the Handicapped Room was perfect, we had drinks at the bar and enjoyed chatting with some “Blokes” from Ireland. Breakfast was perfect. All in all, a great stey, just what we expected. Thank You.

Long Island Visit

Picked this hotel because it wasn't to far from the wedding venue where a friend was getting married. It was an overnight stay. The room was very clean, very thing worked and plenty of towels in the bathroom. Would definitely stay again.
