We stayed in the Denali suite, and were impressed with the cleanliness of our room, as well as the overall appearance of the property. The fresh banana bread was delicious, and the hosts were friendly, and even went so far as to return a pair of pants I accidentally left in the room. I offered to reimburse her for the shipping costs, but she kindly refused.
We hope to return again, when we come back to beautiful Alaska.

Wonderful Vacation

The chalet is tucked away. If the weather is just right you can see Denali.. I learned from the  the owners about best and reliable air taxi. They cared if we had fun and we did.
Clean, warm and friendly accommodations

Beautiful setting, welcoming, and a high point of our Alaska travels:

We stayed in the Spruce cabin for one night while traveling in Alaska. This was for sure an Alaska style stay. There are 2 cabins in the woods. Clean, quiet and beautiful. 5 min drive from town and yet you have the scenery and quiet of nature. Loved it!

Beautiful stay in nature

We stayed in the Willow Cabin for 5 nights with our two teenage grandsons during our Talkeetna visit.  The cabin was very clean and the full kitchen came in handy with two hungry teens.  The owner, Twila, was very prompt and eager in meeting our requests (a couple baking pans) and even had homemade banana bread, coffees, teas and hot cocoa in the kitchen for our enjoyment.  The front porch is great for morning coffee but unfortunately the mosquitos are around at all hours of the day and limited those moments.  If possible, screening that in would make it perfect!  Even with that, I would highly recommend a cabin at Talkeetna Chalet.

Wonderful Willow Cabin

We made a last-minute reservation for one night over memorial day weekend and could not have been happier.  The cabin was immaculate. It was nicely furnished with all of the amenities you could think of.  The location was excellent; only several miles from the town and airport but set in a quiet wooded area.

Perfect in every way

Stayed for our annual xc ski trip to Talkeetna to celebrate my birthday. This cabin was easy to find, well appointed, charming and just what we needed. Allowed our dog (pro tip: Bring an old sheet from home to throw on the bed or futon so your dog doesn't leave her fur everywhere. :-)) But we <3 places that allow dogs! Everything was great, and we'd stay again for sure. Close to trailheads, town, etc.

Great little cabin

We loved our couple days spent at the Willow Cabin! Everything was neat, clean and perfectly comfortable! The owner, with whom we exchanged texts and a phone call was very nice and helpful to answer the questions we had about hikes, bears, grocery stores, restaurants!  
The cabin is in a great location to visit Talkeetna area! It is located just a few minutes drive from many trails and from the « Main street » in Talkeetna, from where you have a nice walk along the river with an awesome view on the Alaska Range. We saw bald eagles and a couple other eagles during our walk along the river…

Excellent stay!

We stayed in the Birch cabin and our hosts went above and beyond to make us feel relaxed and comfortable. This location is nearby a floatplane tour and hiking trails around clear lakes and lush forests. It is also close to a Birch syrup tour and a delicious family owned Thai restaurant. The water in the shower was hot and comfortable. I loved the interior design and the birch paintings were a nice touch. The cabin location was clear and labeled with our names with plenty of space for parking. Our hosts provided delicious banana bread and drinks.  Thank you so much! See you again soon.

Lovely Stay with all the Comforts

The room was beautiful! Nice cozy Alaska Vibe! The views were amazing! We met the owners and they were so sweet! We loved that there was a private entrance to the room and the tub was to die for! They even left little bath bombs! The personal touch I loved the most was the owner saying “if you get lonely, let us know” it was extremely sincere and made me feel so welcome! We will be looking at future stays here with our children ♥️

Amazing service!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Willow Cabin. There were plenty of space and towels. We could spread out and enjoy it. 

Very good stay and it was easy to check in and out. 

You are really out in nowhere but the wifi is very good.
