The Haitian lady stole my $87 reservation money and was not refunded and did not rent me a room because of blacklisted..... So that gives you a right to take my money and not refund it ????????? Well I contacted my cc agency and what ya know they do this very often and so maybe somebody needs to call code enforcement on them and I shall be the one if my money is not refunded I promise ........ They have molded AC units ND black mold on the walls and several rooms........  The maids don't even really clean the microwave or fridges and they stink...... So lesson learned...... DON'T MESS WITH THE SUPER 8 especially if she working cause that's not right to take a homeless man's only money and now gotta sleep on the streets acouple nights til refunded my money ( if they even do that but I dought it)

If you are expecting a double room which is confirmed in writing, don't expect to get one in this hotel. We have a horrid little room with no-where to hang clothes,scrapes & scuffs out of the walls,wonky cheap curtain rail & small double bed which is certainly not the one advertised. The desk clerk couldn't be bothered to help & although he was shown our booking confirmation just kept saying his computer said single! Not what we'd come to expect from America.Room is dirty,bathroom tap does not work, shower control hanging off wall. Not the cheapest by far & yet abysmally cheap & nasty.Do NOT book this hotel!

Dirty,scabby Room

Horrible front desk staff. Woman was rude and had her whole family in the lobby like she was at her house. Acted like I was an inconvenience after the room key I was given didn't work TWICE!! Bathroom wall was LITERALLY falling apart, no fan in the bathroom so plan on suffocating if you like a hot shower and zero water pressure in the sink so plan on using a cup of water to brush your teeth AND to wash your hands!!!

WORST SUPER 8 EVER!!

Even as a Gold member from Wyndham, a single room was still one hundred bucks...pool is in a terrible spot and so small!! Trying to get into and out of the hotel is next to impossible. The hotel sits at the intersection of 75 and Fletcher... terrible traffic!!

Get out your wallet!!

Room was absolutely filthy had an extra humidifier and they're trying to get rid of the smell staff had their head up their butt acting like they couldn't speak English but then I heard her talking to somebody else and they had very good English bathroom toilet was nasty the tub was nasty the sink was nasty I was tired I slept a few hours and got up and left through all the sheets on the floor use my own was afraid to use their it was that bad

Nasty room

The shower head didn't work and the handy man was supposed to fix it never came by. I had to shower with a disposable cup. Never going to go back their again and I dont recommend it to anyone. The price that they charged was not worth that room. Ohh yea and something else the door handle wasn't working properly to the point I got locked inside and had to call the front desk. Horrible hotel,horrible customer service. Never going to return to that hotel.
