I would give it a -3 if I could. This is the noisiest place I have ever stayed, the freeway and fire department are right next to it. Single pain windows. You can see light all around the door so all the noise and bugs can just walk in. The holes around the door are big enough that mice can walk in. Inside there is no place to hang a shirt or jacket. No towel bars and no bath towels! The hand towels weren’t even good enough to use on the animals at the farm! I’m surprised there was hot water and toilet paper. There is no coffee pot or coffee in the office. The furniture is so wobbly I was afraid to set my plastic glass on it. When you sat in the chairs they creaked and wobbled. There was a microwave with no plates or cutlery. I went down to the office twice and tried to find someone and they had a open sign and a door bell but no one would answer. I did find a lady that worked there but she did not speak English. The WiFi is terrible and kicks you out every 10 mins. The ice machine is outside, in the sun and full of rust, no way I would use it. The laundry was also outside, and dirty! 
I do not recommend this place to anyone! Not happy at all. Will never stay here again!

Absolutely awful!

i stay at this place all the time and love it ,nice family owned and operated,never had a problem.in all the years we have stay here ,we feel safe and enjoy the stay why pay all that money when all you need is a room..

still a nice affortable place

We stayed for Valentine Day at the casino.  Room was clean and comfortable with microwave and fridge if needed....towels were paper thin and only supplied with one each of hand towel, bath towel and wash cloth.  No coffee available in the office or room.  We will stay again as cost is fair but will take our towels,soap and coffee maker from home. Staff was friendly and area was smoke free as requested.

Clean, safe,close to the casino.

If your looking for a cheap hotel near the casino this is your best bet. Beds are less then desirable and the sheets made from paper I think. The A.c. in our room was so so but cheap for a stay after the buffett concert. 

Very cheap stay.

i stay at this motel everytime im in tampa its real close to the casino clean and safe ,and well worth the cost, when we stay its on a fri- sat -sun and very close to all the parks also with out the hasles

Yes, it's cheap and clean enough, but incredibly noisy with people coming and going at all hours if you know what I mean.  We were exhausted by morning and glad to get out of there.  Nice proximity to Hard Rock casino.
