This place is like a hidden gem literelly..l barely leave reviews but l just had to make it my business to leave this one..they have all the accomidations you will need for your family,and the staff here is nothing less than Amazing!!!..the property manager Kelly made me feel very welcome from the start..and has treated my Family like her family..and we are truly Blessed and thankful to have found a place such as this!!!..and whoever who books here l'm pretty sure will definently feel the same!

LOOK NO FURTHER

I'm going to start with the best part of Parc. The receptionist, Kelly, is absolutely amazing!!! She goes above and beyond. She is always there when you need something. Whether it's helping someone out or just to chat she is phenomenal!!!
The down side is there are rooms that haven't been renovated yet so you might be stuck with the old school room. The renovation rooms are great. The worst, I was in a suite until I had to go help my FIL and when I came back it was rented and since it's almost always full I ended up in a non renovated. In this room, there are sprinkles of roaches 🤢 I see 1 day. Ick.
But what frustrates me the most is that the pool is never open. It will open for a day or 2 then it's closed for 3 weeks. The reason I chose Parc was because it had a pool. 
But the overall is good and I'd stay here just because Kelly, like I said, she's great,

ROACHES,the towels were dingy and dirty and bathtub stained. Next morning at breakfast, waffle machine down. Then she tells me no bacon, while people that do not look like me eating bacon! Not again!!

Roaches and stale incomplete breakfast!

Stayed for 2 nights, the building is gross and unsanitary. There are designated smoking and non smoking hotel rooms however I guess this isn’t the truth because our non smoking hotel room smelled like cigarette smoke. Asked staff for a room change and our new room still smelled like cigarette smoke. Waking up was terrible and I have asthma. 100% would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Disgusting and Disrespectful Hotel

Where do I begin. Outside looks great but our door faced broken stairs taped off & no microwaves. No fridge. Water pressure in shower doesnt have any. Walk on carpet your feet become black as coal..discusting ..CLEAN YOUR CARPETS...for gods sake. Outside looks great inside rooms fright night...musty smell gross.. NOT WORTH..  THE MONEY...we drove from Ohio to this..breakfast wasnt what we thought as they advertise..coffee was good..so we walked across parking lot to IHop to get breakfast..I hope ppl read these reviews and rethink about staying here. Staff was delight. Nice as can be..but rooms no thanks..homeless ppl came under Gazebo, and bother you no relaxing.. Pool was always chained & locked so you got to go ask take chain and lock off pool..so we did not get in pool baby pool water fountain mushroom broken so no flow there. Orbitz tried cancelling my stay so I could go else where- said they did cancel but money be right back on card refunded immediately THAT DIDNT HAPPEN so we was stuck there all weekend.. Gross.. Had ask for wash clothes at front desk..and bedding wasnt changed nor would be till we left because of covid.. I call that BS...not happy..best thing in that town? Fast food and walmart nothing to do in that town..boring..and squads every 20 mins.so we went to clearwater to get away.

Vacation

Really comfy place to stay for short-time trips. The staff was amazing since the arrival. You can walk to places nearby to get food or simple services. The location helps to travel in the city.

I loved it!

We booked 2 rooms over 1 month prior. We checked in and took our luggage upstairs. Room had a musty smell. I also realized room had no fridge or microwave. Found out we got standard room which means no fridge or microwave. My husband needed fridge for medications. Never stayed anywhere where standard rooms were like that. We went to eat and came back to bathroom flooded. They gave us another room, went in there and it had horrible smell and sink was over flowing. They gave us another room. By now we had made many trips up and down stairs. Our 2nd room the key would not work. This happened 2 more times. Again made multiple trips up and down stairs. They upgraded one room to a room with fridge and microwave. That room was right by stairway. Light from stairwell was shining in room all night, couldnt sleep. Even with drapes closed. It was like light was pointing straight in window. Outlets were not functioning properly. All loose. Could not dry hair, charge phones etc...breakfast was not worth anything. Wound up walking over to ihop. They said they would comp us for inconvience. Only did $25 on 2 rooms. We stayed 3 nights with 2 rooms. Total bill was $600. Place needs updated. Would not recommend.

Horrible place to stay

REM was old and in need of a lot of repair. The sink would not drain we notified the front office who said they would give it to the maintenance guy the next day. We could not sleep at all for all the noise. people were coming in and out all hours at night, screaming slamming doors and babies crying. We no sooner got to sleep at 1 when the drunks came in at 3am. We will never ever come to this place again. The young lady at the desk was very nice oh, that's the only thing I can say good about it

Simply awful!!

Our stay was fantastic in this hotel. Everything was clean, smells good, employees well educated. I highly recommend this little hotel.
The price was very good, the breadfast area is full of good things.
