Dump doesnt even explain it. Just read my review that google wouldnt post without approval. And take a look at the pictures. Don’t waste your money or time. They were so un helpful it was like talking to a brick wall.

NO POOL/ TV OR CLEAN TOWELS

Horrible the owner of the hotel is a racist bully, poorly educated the same staff, the hotel is too expensive for what they offer a room full of dirty cockroaches and dirty and very bad-smelling saunas, during our stay they did not offer room service, everything bad even as we left the hotel the owner called the police while we waited for our transportation BAD SERVICE AND BAD EXPERIENCE IN THIS HOTEL AND THE RECOMMENDATION IN THE MINIMUM PASS A BAD RATE AND PENTAS HOSPEDARES HERE, the hotel is cheaper and better served.

Love this motel...decent clean rooms. Friendly staff...Love April and Cindy. Always made sure we had fresh clean towel and paper products.They address problems promptly as possible. No breakfast but there are restaurants nearby

Friendly and decent

If you are looking for a no thrills motel at a decent price then this is the place. We have stayed here every time we go to Florida and we will continue to stay. Never had a problem while staying here. The staff was friendly and the rooms  were clean.

Cheap price good deal

Friends stayed there drivers warned them said it was the most horrible experience didn't even get to stay paid went to truck get bags room was filthy went to complain they called cops cops come told them they were complaining about room cop said sorry u got leave no money back this place needs to be shut down very shady people 

Dump

Nasty, disgusting,  full of roaches, dirty bedding, mirrors never cleaned, dressers broken, if you are lucky enough to get a room with a refrigerator and microwave DO NOT USE!!!

NASTY

Was looking for a reasonable priced place and most hotels in the area are over priced. I walked in to Master's Suite's Hotel exhausted as I searched for places everywhere looking for a place my children were comfortable and I because I was in town for business meetings but wanted to make it into a mini vacation. It was I'm sure close to the end of April's shift but she greeted me with a big smile and answered all of my questions. She got us booked in quick and in a room within ten minutes. The room smelled fresh,clean linens and for the price it was a nice room. Not sure what other's are complaining about. Its somewhat country style,close to Wendy's,Hardee's and shell gas station. We enjoyed ourselves and want to thank April for all her help and may God continue to bless you. Hope everyone staying gets a chance to meet her because she goes above and beyond "Customer Service".

I spent my final year there, very comfortably, close to the home of the family I visited, with the excellent care of their staff.

I had booked about a month in advance... I told them that I was in a wheelchair and I needed a wheelchair room. They told me that there was no problem... when we arrived there were no more wheelchair rooms available for the night. So I told them very well, and they put me in one of the worst pork shops I'd ever seen. The room was very, very dirty. There was an old little TV with a built-in loudspeaker. The curtains were nailed to the walls with stained glass on the tringle.
