I stayed in the Budget Inn Express for two nights during the Rhythm and Roots festival in Bristol. My room was in pristine condition, there was parking right out front, and the staff was very responsive. You can't beat that level of care for this price. I highly recommend the Budget Inn!

Wonderful place to stay

I was in bristol TN/VA for a few days and rent a hotel at travel inn well I was running a lil behind on getting my room rented for the day so when I did my room was already reserved for someone else so I see budget express just across the street so my girlfriend goes over and Inquires about a room the man at the front desk told her it would be a certain price she comes to tell me and we both walk over it's 3pm in the afternoon so I go in a try to rent a room well with the parking lot empty he proceeds to tell me with an empty parking lot that no rooms are clean that he would need some time to get one clean and suggested almost every motel in bristol I said no I can wait it's no problem he then takes my name and number said he would call when our room was ready so we leave 4:30pm comes and still no call so I proceed to book it on line with booking.com set the arrival time for 5pm well we go back to budget only to find the doors locked so I go back to my car and call and then once on the phone I was told he would not rent to me because I came from the hotel across from them and proceeds to call me names and said he would not rent to trash that came from there well in my world that's discrimination in every form so something will be done about it I now see why they have a empty parking lot

Never been so offended

Excellent Staff, Lowest price and Clean and comfortable rooms. We like our stay and would like to stay again.  we found Pizza Hut right across the Hotel. Just walking distance many more Restaurants. Wifi was having strong signal too.

NICE PLACE TO STAY OVERNIGHT

In poor condition, the breakfast was pitiful, just a measuring cup of waffle mix on the counter, some little Debbie honey buns, bananas, & stale cereal.

Oddly .. there was a $20 deposit per room also, which was to be returned at check out.  We received approx $13 refunded, less tax... we asked for a receipt at check in but was never given one.  

The beds were hard & super small, a word of caution about dangerously hot water in the shower, watch your kids.

In short, it was ok, served the purpose but wouldn’t stay there again.

At least it was clean...

Check -in late but the front desk manager very friendly and assign room quickly. Very clean room with Mini Refrigerator and Microwave. I like my stay and will come gain here.
The Hotel is just about mile from interstate but very quiet.

Excellent Staff and Very Knowledgeable  Manager,Clean Room and Comfortable Beds, Breakfast good too to start the day,Mini Refrigerator with Microwave with Flat screen TV all this at the Lowest price and We love to visit again.

We Check-In Late about midnight But Safe,the Front Desk was Very Nice Lady and Quickly assign the Room,was Very Nice and Clean Having all amenities Mini Refrigerator, Microwave,Iron and Board,Coffee Maker and Nice TV with HBO and Morning Breakfast was Good Too. WiFi was Having strong signal.I love the Rose Bushes at the Hotel and all this at Lowest Price of the Room.I will recommend this Hotel for Stay.

Excellent Hotel

Good With the price we pay, Like to go back as easy and friendly staff. Surrounding mountains looks beautiful like  smoky  mountains in the morning. Clean Hotel. Continental Breakfast , Wi-Fi signal GOOD.

Quite Location

After I called many hotels and I found This is Lowest rate in Town, Hotel is Good Maintained, Clean and Hot Waffle in breakfast was Good. Not many people stayed that night but very good  front office staff and  safe place I can say. I will go back again.
