Non-smoking room reeked of smoke and walls were stained from years of smoking. Bedding and linens had obvious cigarette burns. Price reasonable but not worth actual accommodations. I generally prefer camp because it is cleaner but wanted to avoid freezing temperatures tonight.

Second worst in 15 years

As soon as you ask about the rate, "That is the promotional rate and those rooms are not available". You will then hear that the rate is double.  The refrigerator was moldy and did not work, the grime in the bathroom was sickening and the wallpaper was peeling in many places.  The smoke alarm was a tangle of exposed wires.  The carpeting was filthy.  

We were stuck in a very bad storm, and slept on top of the beds.

Horrible & filthy

Lodging provided for the price is pretty good, but some rooms are in better condition than others. If it's an overnight place to crash you're looking for I'd recommend it. Don't expect too much though it's pretty comparable to an econo lodge room, but rooms and bath rooms are much larger. It has microwave & mini fridge in rooms so that's good. It's fairly convenient to I-75 and places to eat and shop. They do offer free wi-fi but it does require a log in provided in the office. It's an older family owned motel. Over all it's a decent place to stay and that's why I rated it 4 out of 5 stars.

Decent, but could use a little sprucing up

I booked this Motel through Bookings.com. On their add site the Motel states "FREE BREAKFAST", On their big Sign on road by Motel same, "FREE BREAKFAST". I called the Motel Lobby at 7:45 AM, sounded like I woke the man up. I asked where we go for free Breakfast? He responded "There is no free breakfast!! and click he hung up. Upon check in they could not find our reservation for 10 minutes. While I was going to my car to get the confirmation they found it. The room was fine except there were 2 wash cloths and 2 hand towels and no bath towels. I went to office and the man said "I only have 3 bath towels and 2 wash cloths." I said there are 4 people in the room. He said best I can do.
