I had an excellent stay. Very clean room/restroom. Plenty of places to dine nearby. I was concerned about noise from the interstate, as well as the busy intersection nearby, but surprisingly, I had a very quiet stay. I will definitely stay here again.

No complaints 

Absolutely loved this hotel.  Right off of I-75 which is super convenient.  It was clean, everyone was friendly, the beds were super comfortable and the pillows great.  The room was roomy and not small.  I loved the bathroom and especially the amenities.  The shampoo and cream rinse was called Zero % and my thick, curly hair loved it so much I’m buying it at home.  I wish unwound have asked about the device attached to the shower walls to hold the soaps because those would be nice for my elderly Mother to have in her own shower.  This will for sure be our stopping point on trips from South to North or even when visiting the Norris Lake area.  

Loved It!

A billing nightmare. We had to lock our credit card. At booking they charged us twice. They did NOT catch double booking during the same minute! We reported it and later got a third charge and a credit. The manager charged us again in the morning. The charge came through before a second credit. We’re talking $214 a hit three times and $164 later. They finally got a second credit on the card. The credit card company was helpful and put them on fraud watch. They were self righteous and played ignorant and unhelpful. They got belligerent when we told them to stop telling us how it is and we responded by showing the actual credit card charges.  Their avoided being helpful and yelled at us to stop yelling at them when we cited them for gaslighting and making up their version when clearly the credit card showed their true charges. They are unprofessional and useless to help resolve problems. 

Do not expect help with your bill. Expect uselessness and self righteous ignorance. Expect it.

The BEST run Hampton I have visited.  Check in was easy and quick. Breakfast was spot on! They keep a SUPER CLEAN hotel...and we're extra considerate of our needs! Amy and Nicole were kind and helpful. Their team worked well and kept the lobby clean even with a full house!

Well run hotel!

Great staff, breakfast was fantastic, Ciara, Jordan and Penny were the most attentive breakfast attendants I've ever seen at all the properties I've stayed at, which is quite a few! Pool was fun for the kids, all around a great property in nice condition.

Very pleasant stay!

The hotel was ok - other than a $50 pet fee which is extreme, especially for a Hilton member.  The room was clean but after a long day of traveling, what do you do in a hotel when it's March and the pool is outside? You watch TV.  Turned the TV on and it was not a smart TV so no Netflix/Hulu and the guide with very limited channels did not show the name of the show playing, times, nothing - it only listed the station name.  Useless.  You will be left with laying in bed, flipping through channels, trying to figure out what you're watching.  Hilton hotels should be better than this.  With nothing else to do but watch TV - at least make it a good experience!

Easy check in and clean. No complaints , no noise , no problems. Very welcome change as this trip had been rough. The bed wasn’t super comfy but it was doable. Even the coffee maker was very clean. Had a disposable tray etc. The carpet was fairly new as well

Clean and Easy

We arrived late last night after a 12 Hour Dr. Needless to say, we were ready to get to our room and get some rest. Unfortunately, the only luggage cart we saw was being used by the people in front of us. So we had to wait a half an hour. We had no choice because we were on the fourth floor with two large suitcases and multiple boxes and shopping bags filled with Christmas gifts that we did not want to leave in the parked car overnight. This morning, there was never a luggage cart in sight and so we made multiple trips up and down the elevators and stairs in order to pack our car.

Then there were a couple of problems in the room. The only electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work. Also, the lamp mounted on the wall next to the bed did not work.

For a fairly new property at $140 per night plus tax, we expected better.

But I will say that the staff were friendly and helpful and the hot breakfast was very good.

More luggage carts needed!!!

It was fine. Friendly staff, clean room. 

The decor is breath-taking ugly. Minimal lamps (or lights of any kind) in the room. 

My room overlooked a truck stop. Kind of loud. 

Many breakfast choices. 

I would stay here while driving but prefer a little nicer room.

It was ok

This hotel was exceptionally clean, comfy and staff was very friendly.  Anytime we saw any staff, they all were quick to greet us and to let them know if we needed anything.  That is definitely not something you find nowadays at most places, so we were impressed.  Breakfast was also delicious and had a great variety to choose from.
