We got to our hotel at 9:00 pm tired after 14 hours drive , I checked in the employee gave me two cards to get in my room , I walked around the place and I see a cop with two men outside next to my room ? I immediately felt un safe , my card didn’t unlock the room I had to call the clerk to come , my granddaughter enter the room and started to feel unsafe , I went back and asked the lady if this is a safe area ? She replied yes , the room was clean , the mattresses were very comfortable , the pillows prevented me from sleeping all thick hard pillows , with all this commotion the room was very quiet . The next morning the breakfast was not that great , cold coffee but I don’t always expect a splendid breakfast . Next time I will always stay in a Best Western .

Over priced for the location !

Room was clean, staff were cordial. Room had ants on 2 of the tables. 
Also some A/C repairman entered the room without knocking wanting to clean the A/C unit. We had to ask him to leave twice.
We stayed 2 nights and the maids never offered anything such as linens or toilet paper while we were there.

Good motel, some bad experiences.

Stopped at this hotel while traveling to a job. I did not have high expectations but I was pleasantly surprised! The hotel is older but has been updated. The floor, furniture, lights, sink, tub have all been updated. The bed was clean and the bathroom was extremely clean. If you are in this area, this hotel is a great one to stop at!

Pleasantly Surprised!

HIDDEN CHARGES beware of showing up before 3 pm, I was told it would be $30 to check in early.  Staff was very rude to me. Very poor customer service. The room was nice and a safe area, however I won't go back.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Very pleased with this stay.  Nicely newly renovated.  Breakfast was fine other than some cheap sausage links that were hardly edible.  Beds were comfortable and rooms were nicely decorated.  Motel with rooms opening up to the outside.  I would stay here again for sure.  

Very pleasant stay

i stayed for one night on 10/24/21. I found the Hotel  & rooms to be Very Clean,beds very comfortable The Gentleman working the desk when i checked in was very Friendly & helpful.  I only had coffee from the free breakfast,food items for breakfast were limited & not much variety in danish Or muffins,they were all the same kind If i was ever  traveling in the Area again I definitely would stay here again.

Hotel is in a Great Location

The hotel Lobby was looked and only t be opend during breakfast. The price for a hotel near the highway very high.
The driveway up to the Hotel is hard to see in the dark due to the fact it is not lit.

Only a place for a night

The breakfast was locked up tight at 9:04 and they would not provide us anything and said it’s over at 9:00 and locked up. She couldn’t get it. If they didn’t have the building all locked up and having to walk around the whole facility, I’m sure we could have been there by 9:00. There was zero customer service, I let them know I was leaving a review and they didn’t care. I’m straight forward and try to find win wins, but they just didn’t care. Never apologized, nor did management, they just said we hope you try us again. The Indian culture does not exemplify the southern hospitality model at all. It’s better than a bridge, but not American feel to the place. I would consider somewhere else if you want a great experience. This room stunk, I have seen in other reviews where people mentioned the same lady and the smells. See below how they discriminate against certain types of people. This taped all on the window for service, because they won’t let you in.

Horrible Customer Service

I have not actually stayed here - but my son found himself stranded in rural Tennessee, ,,,lost wallet,,,,, no cash, no debit/credit card, not even photo ID,,,, took a few minutes, but Jennifer Rigsby at the front desk was wonderfully helpful in processing my payment & getting my son a warm place to sleep for the night :)

booking/paying from 2,000 miles away

Driving in the pouring rain late at night.  GPS said this was the closest to where we were on the interstate.  Called ahead to see if there were any rooms--yes there were.

Got a King room, non smoking, no pets room.  Perfect.  NOTHING WRONG with this room at all: modern décor, extremely comfortable bed, great shower.

Not sure what those that rated this poorly encountered, but it was completely remodeled and everything was not only in working condition, but perfectly clean.

Best part is that the front desk clerk said she was giving us a Sr. Citizen discount AND a room on the main floor so we didn't have to drag our luggage upstairs and down a hallway.  Very professional and courteous front desk person.

WOULD GLADLY STAY HERE AGAIN SHOULD WE BE IN THIS AREA.
