Had an awesome day at the pool very clean very quiet and the staff was very friendly and welcoming we will definitely be going there again it’s a great little get away for the day stay close to my home can’t wait to visit again soon 

Fantastic

Room was fairly clean, if you don't count numerous hairs in the bathroom...  Staff was friendly. Beds were comfy and seemed clean.
However, hotel is in desperate need of updating, as everything seems very old and needs replacing.  Also one of the staff members was sitting around outside the main entrance with a man for a long period of time, and also had a pack & play set up in the main hotel lobby with a baby in it that was unsupervised.  Not exactly safe for that baby.  Not the type of place we will return to either.

Not too great

Angie was great at check in. Comfy beds, great water pressure. Great location. It was quiet. Friendly staff. Didn't have any issues with the stay. If you need a place to stay, I highly recommend this hotel.

Happy Happy Happy

Outdated but relatively clean and everything worked.  Beds were not that comfortable. Unimpressive breakfast but what can you expect for $70.   Property is fenced. Hard task keeping a place this big up.  Front Desk Clerk was cleaning rooms. Hand written tip envelope. Not professional but I left a couple of bucks anyway.  OK for 1 night.

OK for a night

I’ve stayed here twice. Both times l was very pleased. Clean facility and very friendly staff. Quiet and relaxing location is a bonus. Served a nice free breakfast in the morning. we will be back in summer .

great stay

The staff has always been friendly and remember us from previous visits. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We have stayed here several times and never had a problem. The location is good and the price is very affordable.

Always a pleasant stay.

First, every piece of furniture looks to have been garbage picked. Stains and not 2 pieces of matching furniture in the place. Second, it smells of mold, third when the police searched the place for the money that their staff stole from my room, they not only found some of my money, but found cockroaches in the place they store guest food and bedding.  This place is filth!

Thieves live and work  here

Attended a PRS Gum Match at K&M this weekend, on of the Vendors had 12K Cash stolen from their room, after the cops got involved they have arrested one person, and still investigating others, they have NOT recovered all of the money, 5200 still missing. Don't stay here unless you want to get ripped off!!!

Their Employees are THIEVES

This hotel is the only hotel in Henderson close to the K&M facility.  Do yourself a favor and stay at a hotel 30 mins further out.  Not only are the rooms outdated but the bedding is less than comfortable, there are stains on all the chairs in the rooms and cigarette burns on the porcelain sinks and bath tubs. I have stayed for weeks at a time in $30-$50 a night China hotels that are nicer than this.  

To make things worse the staff stole thousands of dollars from one guest over the weekend.  If you value your items do not stay here.  If you are going to K&M and want someplace close find an air b&b for the weekend.  You will be glad you avoided this place.

Nasty and not trustworthy staff

If you want anything stolen, then this is the place!!! A PRS vendor had his cash box stolen from hs room while he had the DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door.  Over $12,000! Their won't ever be another PRS vendor or member that will ever stay there again.  We hope the Americana Inn goes under!!
