This motel is probably one of the oldest and most run down motels in Jackson.  Like all the other motels here it's owned and run by foreigners that only care about the money they make.  Housekeeping is poor because it's probably one of the owners doing it and they don't care or they won't buy the cleaning products needed to do the job right.  The place should be condemned.

Everything is terrible except for some of the staff, but I would not recommend this place at all, JUST BE AWARE OF THE BED BUGS!!!

Stranded by car problems in Jackson, we found this hotel. We fled the next day due to the following issues: 1) In the morning, there was no water to flush the toilet, take a shower or brush our teeth; gradually, water pressure returned when we were ready to check out; 2) The phone did not work; 3) No coffee maker; 4) Our sheet had pen and ink drawings of a heart and names; 5) Numerous cigarette burns in the bedspread; 6) No iron or ironing board; 7) Uncomfortable bed; 8) We had to move the king-sized mattress to plug in a bed table lamp; there was no place to plug in the floor lamp; 9) Clothing and other debris were piled out just outside our door; and 10) When checking out, we witnessed an angry confrontation between the desk clerk and a guest, who wanted a refund. The situation was too threatening for us to feel comfortable reporting the above issues.

Many issues with this motel

We got a double room 107 and it was pretty nice. I've never seen a motel/hotel with hardwood (looking) floors & they actually look good. The room & bathroom were clean & it was spacious. The only thing that made my skin crawl was the roach in the nightstand drawer. And the other thing was that it was a little warm in our room so we turned the AC on and it was super loud and squealed. Not bad at all for the price tho; $52.

Nice room

This hotel should be condemned immediately! We started off in one room and we found it to be disgusting. Two minutes after our arrival the "housekeeping" individual knocked on the door to give us our TOWEL.... Much to our surprise she was wearing a surgical mask on her face and was using a Goodwill shopping cart as her housekeeping cart. After she left I had taken Clorox wipes and Lysol to make it feel somewhat clean. While I was cleaning my husband had found blood spatters on the bathroom door frame and immediately proceeded to head to the office. The staff changed us to an "upgraded room" which was absolutely more disgusting. The fire alarm had been pulled out of the wall, more blood was again on the bathroom door, the ac/heater unit was hanging off the wall, cob webs on the ceiling, microwave had old food from previous guests, shower head was not attached to the wall, the towel rack in the bathroom was literally falling off the wall, and the staff/manager was obviously in denial of how a hotel should look and be maintained. We asked for a refund and we were told that the manager had left for the night and there was nothing they could do. Needless to say we packed up our belongings and stayed at a different hotel that night as there was absolutely no way we were staying in that dump. The staff continuously kept stating how clean the rooms were especially the "upgraded" room however there are pictures below that proved it was definitely a down grade to hell. STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

My husband and I stayed here because we were in transition to another area.  The room needs repainting, I had to clean the bathroom before use, the toilet hadn't been cleaned. The tub had dirt around the top and baseboard. The bottom of the tub needed cleaning. The room was dusty and the furniture old. Not enough towels, we had to wait for them to wash them and bring them back. The front desk was good service and the head housekeeper who is a male was great.

Traveling through. Not a very savory area to stay. Beds are scary and bedding was even scarrier. Breakfast was a flop. Manager was helpful however. If i were the staff, i would find employment in a place that isnt so run down and vile.

Yuck

We had made reservations for here, pulled up in parking lot first view we seen was someone spraying a mini fridge with bug spray. Several room doors standing wide open. Called to cancel and got the rudest employee stating that I had to cancel thru Booking.com. I called booking.com and they even called the hotel and got rude employee. After talking to the customer service gentleman at booking.com, I suggested that they take this hotel off their listing of hotels. He said that he would send request to upper management. Especially after seeing their review scores. I am also going to take it a step further and call the health department on them both County and State Health Department.  I was also charged for the room...................... and was told I still had to pay. Called again this morning to speak to the general manager, not there, was told he stops in once a day but didn't know when he would be in. Great way to run a business.... NEEDLESS TO SAY WE DID NOT CHECK IN TO THIS HOTEL. FELT VERY UNSAFE TO EVEN GO INTO THE OFFICE.
