The room was ok ( for the price ) quite surroundings. About 20-30 mins from town and about 15 mins from Davy Crockett state park . 
The parking is not that great but hey you get what you pay for . I would come back , the rooms where clean but out dated 

Cheap honeymoon weekend 

Asked for a first floor room due to having a handicapped individual with me,got a room where we had to climb steep stairs. The picture they show is a building that obviously houses permanent tenants. Appears to be an "apartment" house for transients.  Non smoking room smelled like someone had chain smoked in it for a week before we got there.  Please don't stay here!!!!

Just say NO

This place is a bit off the path, but clean and did the job. The only deficit is the vanity and bathroom are by the front door. The owners were very nice and helpful. I would stay here again.They did charge a bit extra from the advertised amount for the 2nd bed.

Clean, adequate, mostly quiet

The room was clean and well air conditioned.  It is an older, outdated motel, but for the price, it was acceptable.  The staff was polite.  The parking was a bit weird, had to park on the side of the building and I normally prefer to see my vehicle.  Overall, fair for the price.

Fair for the price

Given the limited options in Lawrenceburg, TN, tried the best option available based on the ratings.  A trip down memory lane to the 70s with pink marbled sink, dated accents and decor.  Worked for a place to sleep, but not a place to spend much time.  

Clean, but very outdated

Okay, I'm not picky about a place to stay; plus, when you go to an economy motel you aren't surprised about economy accommodations.  This place looked like it could use a little "spit and polish," but again, a place that goes cheap has to cut back on their expenses to stay in business.  Before signing in we asked to see the rooms we would be staying in.  The one that my wife and I were given a key to wreaked of cigarette smoke.  Yeah, I know that happens..., but it seemed that the attempted solution was to try to cover the smell with mothballs -- a very nasty combo.  So we opted for another motel up the road.
