Was impressed with our stay.and the price. The room was clean and we enjoyed our stay.  The people were friendly food options close by. Pet friendly.  Everything worked! We will stay again if we are in the area.

Great stay, clean, affordable

Our family stayed here and was very happy with the service. You could understand and communicate with them. The rooms was clean and smelt very nice. The beds and pillows was amazing.  We will stay here every year when we come to the river.

Stayed here just recently and i can tell the young ladies working the desk were very helpful, when i went to the room it was a total surprise the rooms had been totally renovated modern and up to date.

Small town inn 

Only game in town, so not much of a choice, but when I went in the bathroom after checking in, there was a pair of underwear hanging from the inside door handle in the bathroom. Bed was lumpy as well.

Not so hot

Where do I begin? First, when we walked into the NON-smoking room we booked for 2 nights, 2 non-smoking asthmatics had a slight reaction to the smoke in the room. They would not change or cancel our room since it was fully booked, so we were stuck.  It was extremely late and were too exhausted to try and find another. The bathtub had 4 burn marks from someone resting their cigarettes on the tub like an ashtray. The bathroom door would not close at all, so no privacy. Second, when we closed the outside door, the gap on the side letting the light in was crazy.  The gap on the bottom of the door was seriously over an inch, whereas a snake or small rodent could easily get in. We had to wad up our jeans to block the door gap. Thirdly, we tried to plug in our roku to watch movies and the TV remote was a universal that wasn't programmed to put the TV onto inputs, so, we were stuck watching crap on a TV that the screen was missing a chunk out of.  Fourth, the a/c unit stunk up the air and was so loud that we couldn't sleep. Fifth, bring your own hair conditioner, coffee condiments and Kleenex. Their "amenities" are 2 small slivers of soap, 1 pack of coffee, shampoo and toilet paper. The towels to dry off with were so thin and rough, you can get better at the dollar store. We ended up abandoning our second night to get a decent hotel so we could move when we got out of bed! The mattress was extra firm and the headboard fell off when we first got there and put our suitcase on the bed! We walked out of there smelling like an ashtray!

Totally sucked!!

When I showed up to check in the woman working the front desk was living in the lobby. She had a bed there and all her stuff and two dogs. Within a minute of being in the room we found bed bugs on the walls and bathroom counter, there was a hole in the bathroom wall and roaches. We didn't even touch the beds because they looked like the hadn't been cleaned in forever. We left immediately and found a different hotel. They didn't give us any trouble about giving us a refund, which was great. But that woman called me later to tell me that the exterminator didn't find any bugs in the room.

Disaster!

We went to stay here for the weekend and we were very unsatisfied. The rooms were outdated and had an odd smell. We unpack and left to go meet some other people. When we return I found the smell. It was MOLD, BLACK MOLD growing in the bathroom. They had tried to cover it but the wallpaper was peeling. My husband went to ask if we could have a refund. The lady at the front refused. I then went to explain to her that we had not touched anything in the room and it would not need any kind of maintenance due to our "stay" and ask for even a partial refund. She said she was not the owner and that he lived in India. As I talked with her more she admitted to owning 1/3 of the motel but still refused our refund. When I asked her why she would not refund our money she said "because I don't want to" I told her that wasn't very nice and she said that she "was not a nice person". Ruined our entire weekend really. 

Mold. 

Dirty, mouse droppings on beds between the sheets...holes in walls and we found bedbugs! There was one that someone before us killed and left it on the wall, blood spots from either them feeding off people or people rolling on them...I brushed one off me and it smeared blood on the sheets...
We stayed there to be close to the funeral home because my husbands father was being buried and between visitation and the funeral we wanted to not have to drive back and forth..never again!!
