My spouse and I stayed the night of Jan. 22, 2020. The room had a dirty floor but otherwise clean, the internet was spotty but it was also raining at times quite heavily. The issues arose the next morning, we were still getting ready for the day as we slept in a little as we had been traveling for a few days. At 9:30 banging on the door, "housekeeping" "housekeeping", I said through the door we are still in the room give us a little time as check out isn't until 11:00 am and then one of the two gentlemen yelled if you stay you go to office and pay for another night, I asked him to repeat as it was not check out time he stated again if you stay you pay. We finished packing up and left, as we did not want any hassle. In our hurry, we forgot my laptop. Due to their urgency to get into our room, I am sure they realized we left it shortly after we left, they never bothered to call, they waited until I got where I was going for the night 5 hours away and realized it was missing. I called and inquired as to whether it was there or not and was informed that yes it was, I asked why they did not call they could have saved me 10 hours of driving going back to pick it up and return trip to where I was staying. I asked if they could mail the computer and they declined that also. To me this was unacceptable, I could of driven back an hour or so to get the laptop if htey would have called and if they were not rudely banging on the door and telling me to pay if I was going to stay I would not have missed seeing it in the room check. Not okay at all.

do do not stay here, bad bad place, dirty room,smoey room,old standes on the floor,old bat tub burnt covers, smeal of smoke, we were just to give out to ask fro adiference room

Stayed one night. Room had just been remodeled for longer stays. Clean-up needed and staff responded quickly. Toilet didn't flush very well, they thought they had fixed that but the next morning it was back to its original condition. Microwave wasn't operable.

Traveling, for business.   Checked in, went to room.    
Non-smoking room, smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and mildew.   
Bed appeared to be flimsy mattress on platform.    Pool of water, on floor, beside toilet.    Saw several red splatters, scattered throughout room, on bottom of walls.     Went to turn on air conditioner, decided against it.   Top was filled with a variety of dead bugs, dust, and dried out tree leaves.    Saw weird pile of round dots, in corner near heater.   Saw pic, from another review of this motel, of a bedbug.   Looked exactly like the dots we saw.   Wasn’t taking chance of getting closer.    Closed curtain.    Saw large creature smashed into curtain.    Took pics, of curtain creature, and of one of the many red droplets on lower wall in different part of the room.    Pics are blurry.   Was shaking too hard, worrying about lurking stuff we couldn’t see.   
Took luggage to lobby, showed clerk pics.   She was sweet.   Asked me to text pics to her.     She said she texted pics I took, to her boss.   
Got refund on room.   
We checked into the Baymont, a little ways away.   Much cleaner, and cheaper too.   
The rare time I didn’t check reviews, on Trip Advisor.......not likely to skip checking Trip Advisor, again.    

1st Picture is of large squished creature on curtain.   It is kind of curled up, with several pink legs in center.   Approximately Silver Dollar sized, creature.     
2nd picture is of just 1, of many red droplets on lower walls, throughout the room.  

Most disgusting motel, we have ever visited 

Rooms are old, but for the money I lucked up with a comfortable and clean room based on the reviews.Staff was what earn this place a good review. very helpful and nice. I will stay again for 45.19 . The towels was small but I will live.

Ok for what I paid

This is an old property that has become road locked. Room was OK but getting there is almost impossible. Traveling South West on I30 you HAVE to exit onto the serive road almost 2 miles before getting to the Motel. Then its several more forks in the road before you have to almost skid to a stop and turn back 120 degrees to get into the lot. East bound is even worse. They (the property owners) need to petition the City for additional access routes.
