Being outdated is one thing, but being run down is another. We stayed here during 4th of July due to nothing else having a vacancy. It was overpriced after taxes for two nights $310.75. Like I said before being outdated is fine, but not taking care of the property is another thing. Paint healing from the ceilings, stains on the beds to include the linens, and a overall uncleanliness. I will let the pictures help make your decision on your choice of staying here, or going somewhere else. 

Only place available, worst place ever

We booked one night around 29th Dec 2018,  Accommodation for 5 adults , 2 bedrooms. Place was absolutely Dingy . You enter in one bedroom Straight from the front door which leads to second bed room with one DB, first room got 2 DB close to each other. V dark  , rooms crying out for refurbishing. one bath room .Blankets old , fluffs coming out. Sheet had old blood mark. 
Probably worth $30 per night  BUT  we were paying $400, a ridiculous rate !!
we went in  and walked out straight way. .Asked for full refund. They refunded 50 % . We complained to booking .com that it should not be on their list . Booking .com is going to refund  only $25 !!
I am a world traveller, can tell you , this was a worst accommodation I have ever seen  !!

Horrible Inn, should not be offered

I called to book a room and confirmed with credit card, a room at the gouged price of $70/nt.  My cc co. alerted me of a charge without a card present and it was for $20 more than contracted rate.   Called their office and it took me 20 min. to get the issue "straightened out", so I thought.
As for "accommodations", using the term very loosely, I have stayed in pretty basic accommodations in Central America that were Four Seasons compared to this DUMP!!  The place is extremely run down and pathetically managed.
I was attending the Harvest Classic Motorcycle Rally, a charity event, and I had the option to camp in my tent, on the ground, in the mud.  Due to heavy rains, I chose to get a room instead.  Wish I had chosen my tent and camping in the mud to this "accommodation", would have been a huge step up.
Then, I got home, and yet another $10 charge on my cc, showed up from the hotel and I had no idea why they had charged without my permission yet again.  They said it was for a missing key.  Now, charges are in dispute along with the first round of inaccurate charges.
If you have an option to camp in the mud or stay in this place, choose camping in the mud.

Terrible experience. Experienced rude management, could not receive compensation or cancel. I booked through hotels.com and they even tried to call on my behalf with no results.  You would think they would value their business relationship at least, if not their reputation online and word of mouth.

Hotel was sketchy and I would have rather slept in my car. I don't understand why the towels are so thin, old and stained. Towels don't cost that much!! I had to borrow towels from the friend I was visiting that weekend. Last resort reservation and not worth the money at all.  My friend paid $150/night for two rooms and a kitchen. Everything in the place was old, old, old. There were either squirrels or mice in the walls, too!! You would think for the prices charged that the owners would put some of the money back into the place for upkeep.
