One room suite connected to other rooms. Very thin walls so noisy from neighboring rooms and traffic. Bathroom sinks do not have hot water. Place is clean just loud. I reported hot water issue and noise to Absolute Charm, the property manager, the next morning and they did not offer to move us, merely thanked me for letting them know.

We stayed in a room that had a connecting wall to another "suite". Although the bed was comfortable, for us it was not an easy walk to heart of main street, closer to .9 of a mile. Given covid, we were surprised no cleaning supplies were left, room appeared clean. Surprised that picture of outside was not of our unit. Disappointed for the price no water left, and only two official Keurig pods for two people for two days.  Glass French doors on bathroom were a but awkward, no night light, and difficult to adjust ceiling fan speed, we are both under 5ft. 8inches. Standard motel type A/C unit. Easy to drive to locations. Mild street traffic noise if you are a light sleeper. Pillows are the kind that squish into a small ball.

Pros and suggestions, comfy bed

We met my sister and brother in law, in Fredericksburg for a long weekend. Very clean and nice accommodations. Enjoyed the pool and liked that it was right outside our suite.  The place was on Main street which was not too far from the shopping area of Fredericksburg. The price was spot on. I would definitely stay there again.

Fourth of July weekend 2019

All of Main St. is walkable from this charming set of cottages.  The room was very clean and comfortable.  Coffee and two water bottles supplied in the kitchenette. The room needs a few maintenance tasks (reinstall towel bar and straighten cupboard doors and hang drapes or remove rod holders.  Nice pool and spa on premise, tables and a grill as well. 

Convenient Location

Not sure about the experiences farther from the street, but this room is not for a light sleeper. Truck engine and street noise had me up several times a night even though the owners provided a white noise machine. Photos were accurate, nice space and comfortable bed.

Magic moments

These units are modern, well-equipped and ideally located right on Main Street in Fredricksburg,  The comfort factor is high and make this one of the nicest places to stay in town.  Prices are commensurate with the level of quality.  

Upscale - amidst Fredricksburg Charm

Booked the Butterwarts suite for a weekend getaway. The room was spacious and very clean. Comfortable bed, recliners. Small kitchenette, all that you need.
The bathroom is very nice, the shower is very well done. The french doors to the bathroom could use some top and bottom rod pocket sheers on the outside to solve the privacy issue so many have written about. But not a deal breaker as it was. I would definitely recommend this place, and I am sure we will be back again!

Great location, quiet and clean!

We waited until the very last minute to book a room for Memorial Day weekend and 3 of these cabins were still available. Pros: nice shower, comfy bed, good location near the edge of downtown. Cons: no breakfast, coffee in the room consisted of a folgers refill for a keurig, AC in room would not cool properly, tiny front porch and no view at all, except of the parking lot. This is a good place to lay your head at night but not really a place you want to relax during the day. It's a good base for seeing the sights in and around Fredericksburg.
