Lets start out with the good.  It's priced right.  It's very clean.  It's right off the highway and very close to a Buc'ees.  They have waffles and some good heat and serve breakfast sandwiches.  What I wasn't crazy about.  Night host was not terribly friendly.   Our room had no ice bucket and she acted like she didn't believe us.  We were on second floor (as bargain hunters, we usually are) and the stairs were showing some age.  The milk for breakfast was off and there was no one around to ask about more.

Good with a few exceptions

We always stay at this hotel when visiting Madisonville, which is quite often. We absolutely love this hotel. It is always clean and quiet. The mattress, bedding, and pillows are so comfortable. We sleep better at this hotel than we sleep in our own home. The staff is pleasant and professional. This was just another delightful visit!

Another Great Stay!!!

My sister and I got caught in the Great Texas Ice Storm of 2021, and the increasingly dangerous driving conditions on I-45 forced us off the highway at Madisonville. We chose Quality Inn because of good previous experiences with Quality Inns in other places. We ended up having to stay there for five nights, but I honestly cannot imagine a better place to be stuck! Even when the electricity went out -- as it did all over that part of Texas -- the incredibly nice, pillowy comforters on the beds kept us toasty warm. Vidan and Suhani, the husband-and-wife management team, bent over backwards to take care of all their guests (and it was a full house!) in unprecedented, trying circumstances. There's also, conveniently, a big Buc-ee's right across the street, where we could get food, drink, and other necessities -- at least when they had electricity and were open! Both management and housekeeping personnel at this Quality Inn really went the extra mile for us in a difficult time, and we are very grateful that that's where we ended up!

Wonderful haven in a storm

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times in the past 6 months, including a week long stay recently. It is always clean, smells fresh, and is very comfortable. The staff is so pleasant and helpful. Our room always has a very comfortable bed, clean crisp sheets, clean coffee pot, and a very nice bathroom. We love it here. The pricing is reasonable and certainly worth it! We will be back. 

Best Place to Stay

Early Sunday check in, few guests.  Went to outdoor pool, which had not been cleaned. Motel employee came around about 4:00 and netted leaves and insects out, said pump is going out and apologized.  After brief swim, returned to room.  A/C very good, room a little shabby (toilet paper holder broken, tub stained, etc.)  For about $100, I expected a bit more.  The real kicker here:  about 8:00 PM I noticed horrible sewer gas odor.  Flushed toilet and ran tub for about 10 minutes and the odor lessened, but was still there.  COVID meant no hot breakfast, and there wasn't much to offer for Continental they advertised.  Not the WORST place, but ceertainly needs improvement.

ROOM is okay, but they have a problem here!

The hotel stay overall was really nice most of the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean ,spacious , and cozy I like loved the view to the main highway. We’ll Be Back. Wonderful Breakfast

Great stay

Not fancy, but clean and the bed was comfortable.  Only complaint was that shower volume and temperature adjustment were really funky and difficult to control.  Comes wth a fridge which was nice.  It's right across from Buc-ee's which is an interesting place to browse if you've never seen one.

Basic Hotel - Clean and Comfortable

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Our only complaint is the a/c wasn’t on when we got there so it was really hot. This was the middle of June & a pretty hot day. Once we turned it on it cooled off pretty fast. Nice & cool the rest of our stay. I have to say it was much nicer than we expected & had a good breakfast even though they told us they didn’t have breakfast, just juice & coffee. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel

This is not a metro destination hotel!  It is a convenient, clean, safe and comfortable place to sleep.  My room smelled nice and gave no indication of previous guests violating the non-smoking sign. It had a TV, fridge and microwave (and air conditioning!)  The room was well cared for, everything was clean and the bed was comfortable.  The parking area was well lighted and felt safe at 1:30 AM.

The front guest person was attractive, pleasant and appeared happy to serve us at the late hour. She gets a 5-star rating as well.  I’m sorry I did not get her name.

Need comfort at a reasonable price?  Stop here!

Sometimes you just need a safe place to stay!

Comfortable bed, TV didn't work. Lady at the desk not very friendly. no ice in ice machine. Continental breakfast food gone at 9am. good place to sleep. The first room we were sent to was already occupied.
