Absolutely amazing stay! First room wasn’t in best of shape but we told the front office and they moved us to a new room without a problem! We were in town for a funeral so coming back to the hotel with made beds, (even folded our kids blankets and made up the play pen) new towels and just so clean all around was such a relief. All the staff were so amazing and helpful. If we ever come back to the area, as absolutely will be staying again! 10/10 recommend.

AMAZING place and staff.

This is a no frill budge hotel that’s exceptional and not like any other budget hotel I’ve stayed at. Germanfest was in town and hotel prices were high for last minute accommodations. There are 2 floors and no elevator, something to keep in mind if you have a wheelchair you need to request lower level. The beds were super comfy lovely soft clean linens that did not have an odor  of bleach.. The entire hotel is immaculately CLEAN. The shower, sink toilets all new looking, It’s a no frill breakfast with clean tables and chairs coffee only , no teabags. A friendly gentleman to check us in. And friendly housekeeper we saw upon leaving. It’s in a quiet area. We did not hear any noisy guests, and the parking lot was full.,

If you like Motel 6 you will love this place! This is a bare bones accommodation. Everything from the lighting to the amenities is poor. The room was clean..I'll give 5 stars for that, but other than that nothing above a two. It is non-American owned if that matters to you and the breakfast is weak coffee, mini muffin, banana, packaged pastry, toast and corn flakes and orange juice. The toilet was stopped up and the day we were checking out 4 police cars rolled in and there was a big scene with a couple in the parking lot, including hand cuffs and car searches..ugh..never again for me.

You get what you pay for

I stayed in the America's Best Value Inn in Tomball for four months during early 2018.  I found the owner/operators to be very courteous and friendly during my stay there.  The room I had had a kitchenette and it supplied my needs nicely.

Very pleased with my long term stay of four months

My fiancé and I stayed one night on our trip to the Texas Renaissance Festival. The room was clean and the facilities were functional. The breakfast was sparse, but did the job. The AC in our room wasn't very strong. Even at 66 degrees I could barely cool down on the other side of the room. Other than that, our stay was pleasant. I would definitely stay here again.

I have traveled to so many places, but never in my life have I experience such bad customer service. I’ve even been to a super rough hostel and at least the person and that front desk was cheery and kind. No. This man at the front desk was so unwelcoming. We came in after a long drive of several hours and needed extra towels and he refused! Twice we asked nicely and he was so so rude as if it cost him personally. That was so mean and unkind. We will never be coming here again. Awful experience. 

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. 

Stayed here the week of storm in Tomball. Rooms were very clean & owners very friendly.Handicap room was great with safety bars in bathroom & full kitchen with a ceiling fan over the bed .Also liked the breakfast offered. Very reasonable price.

No electricity with Harvey storm.

I stayed here after ren fest both last year and this year. I think it's got the best bang for your buck regarding hotels/motels in the area. Room appeared clean (which is my main concern). Better than you'd expect for the price (which is why we returned). My issues would be 1) bathroom door doesn't close right, door would constantly swing out and hit the sink (saw a few others complain about this as well), 2) No TV guide and couldn't go up/down (had to type in "1", etc as far as channels) and not a lot of the regular channels were there but enough to do. 3) My bf mentioned he likes to keep the pen and pad hotels usually leave but this doesn't do that (lol). Can't comment on the breakfast because I don't usually do hotel breakfasts but saw other reviews commenting on it being slim. The worst thing was this morning when I was leaving watching the maid bring out a vomit-covered towel and proceed to hose it off in the lawn. I have emetophobia so this was horrible for me but I guarantee your average guest doesn't want to see this either. Not very professional or sanitary. I almost knocked off another star just for that.
