It is the 2nd time that we were in this motel. The first time was OK but now we have some negative experiences.

The rooms was much too small for 2 people.
SUPER small shower room.
The showerwater was super hot and dangerous.
Almost no cold water.
No paper tissues.
Very small parking lot, luckally we were the only guests.
No breakfast.
No micro wave.
No ice machine.

Only positive points:
Friendly staff
Good internet.
At walking distance from Tombstone downtown.
Coffee machine and fridge in the room.

Too many negative points

Very nice place to stay. The rooms were clean and quite large. The heater took some time to get hot and we thought it wasn't working at first but once it kicked in it was fine. The shower was spacious but the water pressure could have been higher. The Office is only open for 2 - 4 hours but they leave the room keys on the door if they're closed. It's in walking distance about 5 mins from the OK Corral and other Tombstone attractions and has a very nice bar-b-q area for warmer weather (we went in December). Overall,  highly recommended.

A highly rated place, not a high priced place to stay.

What a wonderful, quaint little motel! Extremely awesome customer service. Very comfortable beds & large rooms. Porches with outdoor seating.
The new owner is making some awesome changes.

Wonderful friendly & comfortable property!

Advertised as small but in our opinion that was a generous description. This room would be good for 1 occupant or 2 very, very slender individuals. For 2 of us average sized adults lack of space did not allow for much movement around bed, in passageway to door or bathroom. We were constantly in-touch. The room was exceptionally clean, fixtures nice and bath linens new. They have made a notable attempt to modernize but a few more hooks or shelves would have helped. It was more spacious to be outside and lean in rather than stand inside the stall when showering.  Bed comfort was adequate. There were no TV instructions in room which would have been helpful. WIFI was as you would expect for an older building in a small town. Not as good at night when more users but better early morning. Rather than any face to face communication w/management everything was done self check-in, self check-out. If you needed assistance your were instructed to call and leave a message. I did leave 1 message, not urgent fortunately and the return call came they day after we departed. I'm not comfortable rating this as "average" and "very good" is a bit too high but it's a solid 3.5. 

ITTY BITTY

What a great place! A lot of love and attention went into this motel. Colour and decor was very suited to old west. Right from the hitching post at the front door to the inside. Room was small, but oh so nice!!!! Definitely recommend this place if you are ever in Tombstone!

Beautiful and Quaint

I found this place on booking.com but I don't like booking 3rd party. We pulled in at 5:45pm hoping they still had a room. The sign said that they close at 6pm but we made it just in time. We got one of the 2 queen deluxe rooms with a soaking tub. The room was like an apartment! It had a gas fireplace between the beds. It had a eat in kitchen with a microwave and stove. There was also a little sitting area by the beds. It was raining but there was also a small sitting area outside the back door. Coffee maker, blow dryer, and lots of closets and cabinets.

Highly recommend staying here when you visit Tombstone!

New owner took over this motel. After 7 years of going there i will not return. We had no heat at 47 degrees. No wifi.. tv had no sound. Had to read the closed captions. Toilet doese'nt flush well. This was one heck of a weekend!!! The dirt inside the  heating unit was terrible.  Turned on heat and dirt blew out. smelled like it was on fire. I'm done!!

The Sagebrush Inn is an adorable single level  perfect for motorcycles motel! The safe was friendly The kitchenette is very convenient if you want to cook your own meals, the retro fridge works to good 👍    we stayed in the Wyatt Earp  room the patio right out your back door was perfect to sit and relax.  We'll definitely be back to this one!!

Adorable clean and friendly

we are here now.. its so dusty and dirty. there's a cooker in the so called kitchen but the oven is dirty but we can't use it anyway thers not 1 pot or pan..not 1 plate or bowl nor any cutlery!!  we got here yesterday and our key was taped to the door we havnt seen anyone so can't even get the WiFi code.. not happy.

I have stayed in a few places in and around Tombstone, but this place is great. The room was so clean and fresh, I wanted a small room as It was just for me, but I still had a very large bed, coffee maker, fridge, TV and bathroom supplies, anything I wanted extra was no problem from the office. The outside with its stone gravel driveways was kept in a clean and fantastic condition. Really appealing place to stay. and an easy stroll to all the sights and sounds of historic Tombstone main streets. Even John Wayne and other famous stars stayed here when filming. Just along the main road is the Circle K gas station. Their selection of teas, coffees, breakfasts, sandwiches, and more was great, and I recommend the Sage Brush Inn the perfect place to stay. I would recommend it to anyone.
