This is the second time we have stayed here and we love it. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The place is always clean and they are often seen  tidying it up. Our apartment has everything we need and we love watching the sunsets from the deck. I love to swim and the pool temp was very comfortable.

A return trip

Stayed there one night due to transitioning to our week stay condo. Very quaint, very clean, very friendly staff. Old hotel, Looks like they are remodeling and updating here and there. Beds were comfortable, pool area, and grilling area was clean. For example peeling paint, non matching furniture etc. The location was great. Because of this is can be loud and people like to hang by the pool and socialize - you’re right there! Great for short stays and for what it is - right on the beach! 

Quaint and clean

5 stars for the customer service. Sarah was wonderful.  She went out of her way to be helpful and make my night comfortable.  

The hotel is right on the beach so that can’t be any better location if you like Treasure Island.  It isn’t the Plaza but as a budget stay at the beach, I recommend.

Excellent front desk

My wife and I come down yearly and this was our first stay at iBeach and wow. Location is unbeatable, you’re a stones throw from Ricky Ts and the main drag. The property was extremely clean, friendly staff. Had beach chairs and towels for guests to use. Other guests on their way out would leave unused shower supplies, sunscreen and even beverages for anyone to grab. Beach is right in your backyard. We were blown away by this stay, and we can not wait to come back next year.

My 5 star rating is based solely on my delight with the staff at iBeach Resort. They were very courteous, respectful, friendly and extremely accommodating! We had a problem with our room's air conditioning unit (in June, no less) and Jen and the staff did everything humanly possible to remedy our situation. The manager personal visited our room to acknowledge our grievances and that was impressive! I've frequented MANY hotels, motels, suites, condos and the like during my 58 years on the planet (some of which cost 4 times as much) and normally you would hear, "Sorry, but we can't do anything about that." They ended up purchasing a portable AC unit! Additionally, all of our other requests were immediately addressed. THANK YOU, Jen, and all the staff for your exceptional drive to make our stay as wonderful as possible. The owner should be proud of his/her staff! My only regret was that in my rush to usher our family of six out the door on check-out morning is that I totally forgot to leave an in-room tip. ALL the staff deserved it and I apologize for the oversight . . . Oh yes . . . their location on one of the Gulf Coast's BEST (and largest) white-sand beaches was another huge plus!

Staff Was Exceptional!

We had a wonderful stay at I Beach. The good first.... location, location, location. It is not only right on the beach it is right next to the public entrance, so you have a nice wood bridge and the handicapped mat for easy access to the beach. Only 2 doors down from Sloppy Joes and right across the street from Ricky T's, Walgreens and Publix. The pool is amazing the view of the palm trees & sun set is the best. The service... Sarah and all the staff were just amazing and sweet they definitely made our stay worth it. The Bad. one of the beds in our room was in horrible shape. Our feet were about a foot or more above our head due to a busted box spring and bad mattress. We finished our stay in the other queen bed but not much better I’m afraid. Okay the Ugly... My husband said a tube of caulk would do wonders and some paint. Old dressers and it just looked dated.... We would come back for the staff for sure and the amazing location too!!

The Good, Bad and Ugly 

Room was clean and staff was nice.  Coffee and tea was available in the morning.  Beach towels, beach chairs, and pool accessories was available for use.  

The only complaint I would have is the amount of chlorine they put in their pool.  There was so much chlorine my dark gray bathing suit was white after 2 days of swimming and had to be thrown away.

Would definitely stay again!

much cheaper compared to other beachfront properties.  Rooms are quaint but clean.  Nice deep pool.  beach, boardwalk and restaurants are steps away.  friendly staff.  Would def stay again.

Only complaint would be that it seemed like there was smoke everywhere..  all areas are smoking, and everybody smokes, guests and employees included.  We had small children, but if you don't I guess it wouldn't bother you.

Amazing stay on the gulf!

Stayed her for MDW. Great location, right on the beach, rooms were very clean. The employees are so nice and helpful. Only bad thing was the mattress were horrible in one of the rooms. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Girls weekend-Great location

Needed a place to stay overnight while visiting Treasure Island.  Booked thru Expedia and got a rate of $110.00 plus tax. The Motel
was on the beach, had a pool and the rooms had a kitchenette. 
The down side.....it was oh so dated.... but oh so nice.  Pink & yellow bathroom tile, real keys for the doors & the office closes at 11 pm & the doors are locked. Great place!!!
