We have stayed at the Oasis Palms Resort 11 times over 13 years. We missed two years due to Covid 19. In October 2022 we were told the Resort had been sold and was under new ownership and management. Upon our arrival in December and checking in, we found the office had moved and there were a few different regulations in effect.   Some, we come to find out, had been put in place by the previous owner during our two year absence. After some discussion with the new manager, Elena, any issues were resolved and we settled in for three and a half months. We found a few items missing in the kitchen that we were used to having and didn’t bring with us. After discussing with Elena, all was resolved to our satisfaction.  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the place to be very friendly. Elena was very helpful with any minor concerns that came up. We also met the owner and found him and the staff, Julie and Fred very accommodating and pleasant. We also love the proximity to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. We highly recommend it!

Elana made sure we had exactly what we needed. She went above and beyond representing oasis Palms, our room was beautiful very very clean. The grounds are well kept and the people that work here are phenomenal. Elana even made herself available to us after business hours when we needed something or had a question that is outstanding customer service we will be back. Thank you so much for everything.

I can’t say enough of how happy I am to have chosen to stay at this resort. The atmosphere and location was really ideal. The staff were amazing, no matter what time is was I was able to reach out to someone for any issue, minor or otherwise. The GM was so helpful and available even for minor injuries

Great resort, everything is accessible and staff is very friendly. Shoutout Elberth “Adrian” Raul and Jose Ceballos were excellent bartenders who made us feel like a priority every time we visited the bar. These guys made our trip that much more awesome!

I am a snowbird who went to Florida without accommodations during busy season. Good idea (laughing at myself haha) Lisa had a cancellation and it worked for me.

There’s a kitchen and the bed was really comfortable.

Treasure in Treasure Island

Had a great long weekend at the Oasis Palms. Convenient location across from the beach and within walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Owners are on site and super friendly and accommodating.  Couldn’t have asked for more! Excellent value if you are planning a trip to Treasure Island.

Hidden Gem!

Beautiful place, there is always something to do, the staff is very friendly. Andrea was always checking on us to see if we needed something. Great service and the have activities every day...from live music to comedy shows and more. Fun, fun and more fun.

Great vacation!!!

   My wife and i stayed for 6 nights in early April. Lisa the owner was very pleasant and helpful. We never needed to ask for anything. Outside, and inside the room was kept spotless. They are located within reasonable walking distance to Johns Pass,  Sloppy Joes, and across the street from the beach. The pool area is pristine. Just remember, no one under 21 years of age can book a room, and no guests under 18 allowed. 

Great Place !

This is our 5th time staying at the oasis palms.  Wouldn’t stay anywhere else.  The resort is clean, staff are very accommodating and Lisa and Frank are wonderful to deal with.  It’s directly across from the beach and walking distance to John’s Pass and many restaurants and shops.  I stayed there during the first couple of weeks during the Covid 19 outbreak and witnessed so many people having to change their plans and go home early.  Lisa did everything to help including reimbursement of money paid up front for their stay. We were fortunate and got to stay for the period we booked.  I love it there and wouldn’t stay anywhere else! Thank you to all❤️

Absolutely perfect resort

We arrived here at the start of the Covid 19 outbreak. I needed to say that first because part of my review is based on that. The place is delightful and like many said has a retro feel to it. Our room was super cute, roomy and comfy! Great location--close enough to walk to beach and restaurants and super economical. What really prompted me to write this review is based on what happened at the end of my trip. Flight was cancelled on Thursday and rescheduled for Friday--Lisa arranged for me to stay in the same studio with a discount. Flight is delayed for 6 hours on Friday- the next day, and I am so frustrated! Lisa arranged for me to hang out until my flight which was timed way after check out. She was the light on a very dark day and truly showed me kindness. I won't forget that--especially when the car company wanted to charge me $165 for a  hour extension, and the airline was uncaring and unapologetic.
