Wonderful place, very friendly staff. Easy and convenient too the Hwy and lots of food places. The room was very CLEAN and smelled so good. King size bed was so COMFORTABLE I didn't want to get out of it. Mr. Ash Patel has very ,very good Customer Service and displayed great Hospitality. This is my second home. Thanks for your service Mr. Patel.

The Great Trip

When I first walked in, I was greeted with the best customer service ever. Everyone who works here, has exceptional customer service. The rooms are extremely clean. They care about all guests well-being. The landscaping is clean and well manicured, the rooms clean, spacious and comfortable. The beds are the best. Microwave, refrigerator. Their coffee is excellent, great taste. It's worth it.

Greatest Place Ever

Good place, very convenient to Emory across the street. Clean room, king size bed, cold air, very courteous staff. Morning coffee. The front rooms face the highway a d could be  noisy. I didn't hear a thing after going to sleep, wife said she heard several sirens.

Overnight stay

I have been thinking of my rooms privacy,and the cameras and eyes and survellance,somehow working for me....I know that thebpeople that openly wirk here are bad,and the eyes may be vad,someway,bad,, foreighn,foreign, that the inn or place has had gangs,or and terroristic Indian emergency trouble foe abwhike...I am in emergency service emergency for a long time now,and I know that I cannot get some service,or emergency service in my room,without communication or help...i know that I have a very terrible *civil(ians) emergency,*and children's(*schools)control emergency....*2,and that the civil terroristic and tertor and confusing and invasion of privacy to me and everything,is not to emergency services somehowcalso...*BUT *I STILL BELIEVEVTHAT WE CAN ALL GET OUR PERFECT PERFECTLY SPACE AGE ETERNAL SURVIVAL,*HOLIDAYS,(*ONLY SOMEWAY)....CORRECTED....MAYBY I WILL EMERGENCY SERVICES SONEHOW TO MT CORRECTVTINE,AND PRIVACY,AND THETE WILL BE MO EMERGENCY....WHATEVER THE PRIBLEM WITH CONFUSINGBPERSONALITIES INSTEAD IF SIMPKE INTELLIGENCE TO OUR REAL TIME AND DATES REAL WORKD SETVICES....I KNOW THAT*I HACE A VERY IMPORTANT SAFEHOUSE EMERGENCY,AND VUZEO SMART T.V. I have stayed at the Atlanta East location several times.. Descent accommodations, king size bed, flat screen TV, fax machine, 24 hour vending and morning coffee.. Staff is nice and trys to be as helpful as possible keeping things stocked and recommending things to do in the area..

I have stayed at Knights Inn before and thought I knew what I was getting into. I stay pretty exclusively at budget hotels and this one was up there with the worst. Granted, there were no bugs or anything like that. We stayed for one night on our drive back up I-75. The room seemed fairly clean but the carpet felt pretty gross. The bathroom door did not shut all the way. For some reason there was a beer bottle opener attached to the door frame. Whoever painted the room last also half painted everything attached to the wall (hooks, towel racks, etc.) The room did have a very cold fridge and a microwave, which we did not use. The furniture was large for the room size, with just enough space to squeeze between the desk chair and bed. We checked in at 9 pm and intended to use the outdoor pool, but the hours were only 10 am to 7 pm. The a/c was not great. Our room felt damp all night. The kicker for the night was that someone's car alarm started going off at 2 am. It went off another 5 or 6 times over the next 30-45 minutes. The cars are parked right outside the rooms, so it was impossible to sleep through. The police even stopped by at one point - I heard them use their loudspeaker to talk to someone. I finally called the front desk to see if they could talk to the owner of the car and get the alarm shut off. He asked if I wanted to cancel my room, and I would have if I didn't have two kids I'd have had to drag to a new hotel at 3 am - and pay two hotels for a one night stay. Our terrible night of sleep made our 7 hour drive the next day miserable. Never again staying here.

A little baffled by all the good reviews

Never seen a more disgusting room. Nothing clean! Had to stand in cold for half an hour because they would not open a door. I guess it is a pretty bad neighborhood. No clean towels. Shampoo and soap was used and half empty. Smoke detector was removed. No outlet covers. Guessing they rent by the hour. Yuk!!! Not a safe place to get a room!!!
