I stay in hotels about 130 nights per year and have about 1,000 stays in the last 8 years.  This hotel is the second worst that I have experienced in the United States.  Simply speaking, this hotel is worn out.  There are holes in the carpeting, the mattress has body compression swales, the desk chair is stained, I found a bug crawling in my bathroom, I could not turn the water off in the shower and it ran for over an hour before they were able to shut it off, (the steam buildup in the room was unbearable).  The room is very small and the outlets are inaccessible without crawling under and behind the furniture.  

Cami, the desk agent was nice and offered to move me to a different room, but I was checking out soon so the packing/unpacking hassle wasn’t worth it.  Matt the maintenance man was nice and helpful.  

As of this writing, I have not been offered any compensation for this miserable experience.

Decaying, small, but friendly

Selected hotel due to proximity to airport terminal. This hotel is basically ON the airport grounds and an easy walk to the terminal.  The hotel is very large and the room comfortable and clean.  The mattress WAS in need of replacement and the shower faucet was dripping all night long because it couldn’t be completely shut off (basically just needed a gasket replacement). Other than that the hotel was very good and the price very competitive. 

Great Value Property only Steps from Airport terminal 

I would recommend this hotel if you're flying out of Tulsa for a few days.  You can leave your vehicle for $3.00 per day (half of what the parking garages charge).  The shuttle got us to the airport before 5:00 a.m. with no problems, and picked us up in just a few minutes after we landed.

Very accommodating

Strongly do not advise ...went to take a shower and wash my hair ..there was a ring around tub ..ended up washing my hair in the sink when I called the desk was given option of changing to another room had already gotten everything  ready for early flight ..she also informed me that she would tell housekeeping in am ..take my advice go across the street to the hilton for 30 dollars more ..never again!!

Overnight  stay 

I had stayed across the street the night before in a beautiful hotel (owned by the same property owner).  All flights to Houston had been canceled and my previous hotel was booked so I went across the street.   I had a non smoking room that reeked of cigarettes and the shower was the most disgusting thing I’ve seen.   I went to Belize on this trip and the hole in the wall there was cleaner.  

Extreme disappointment 

Bed was super comfy and great price. I left my car right in front for a week while traveling and it was fine. I didn’t like staying in back hallway alone. It is just run down and no ice machines.
The front desk got me some from back. Desperately needs an over all update, it is so handy for airport travel. My room was clean.

Night before early flight

The place was clean and the staff was super! Marissa at the front desk was awesome, super helpful, and ultra accommodating! She helped navigate the airport, parking, and places around Tulsa. I'll be back.

Friendly, Clean,  Efficient

Run away as fast as you can. 1st room stank like stale cigarettes so bad I couldn’t stand it more than a couple of minutes. 2nd room had a window ac that sounded like it was coming apart mechanically. 3rd room was okay, just barely. A/C would start to shut down with a loud banging noise then it would shut fan off, stay off for 90 seconds and then start back up again and run for two, three minutes tops. Then it would start the shutdown crap again. No sleep at all. Marissa gave great service at front desk. 

What a dump!

We stayed here the night before an early flight.  There are no shops or restaurants within walking distance.  They provide a free airport shuttle.  You can park here and they will watch your car for $3 a night.  They have a wonderful hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and your usual stuff like waffles you cook, cereal, fruit, etc. They breakfast room is attractive and spacious.  Our room was nice.  There is no refrigerator or microwave.  The motel does show a little wear.  My only real negative comment is that we had noisy neighbors that kept us awake but that's not the motel's fault.

I stayed here with my son before a week-long trip. Room was clean, inexpensive, and comfortable- just what we needed. They offer extremely cheap parking for the airport which we chose to do. The shuttle was free and convenient even at 5:00 am. When we returned a week later, I discovered a flat tire. It was after 8:00pm and I was stranded. The maintenance guy for the hotel along with the desk clerk personally helped me think through options, and ultimately he went to the store, purchased a can of compressed air, got my tire minimally drivable, had me follow him to the gas station, and made sure I was able to air it up fully and get on my way. I had to force him to accept money for all of this even though he didn’t have to help at all, and it took at least an hour. I am so thankful I chose this hotel - would definitely stay again!!
