STAY AWAY!!!!  DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!  We needed a place to stay for the wrestling championship and everything was booked besides this place.  I read the reviews but thought we'd take the chance.  Well EVERY bad review on here is VERY accurate!  Smelled like smoke (both cigarettes and marijuana) upon walking in.  Floors were NASTY!  Do not walk on them without shoes on.  They had not been swept or mopped since the place opened, if I had to guess.  Blood was on the floor.  The bathroom shower, we wore shoes in there as well.  Ended up having to go to Walmart to buy towels because the office closes at 9:00 pm and no one was there to give us any when we got back the first night of the tournament.  Ended up putting the old ones on the floor to walk on.  We also bought Clorox wipes to clean the place.  

VERY, VERY, VERY SHADY people hanging around outside and in the stairwells.

Thank goodness we only had to spend a few hours there from our stay.  Sleep and shower and leave.  The only good thing I can say about this place is that they have good water pressure.

Worst place I've ever stayed!  NASTY!!!!

Jamie, Hortencia, and Tina are awesome! They are fun and easy to deal with! They have great service! The rooms are a good and clean as anyone would expect! No complaints! If you’re looking for an extended stay this place Is well worth money!! Alex the main boss is a super cool guy! Thanks for the great service!!

Great service!

This hotel marketed as an extended stay facility.  The whole room was not very clean.  The towels and bed linens were dirty/stained.  In order to continued our stay we went to Wal-mart and purchased towels, washcloths and sheets - TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!! 
And if that weren't enough - the kitchen dirty and there was NOT ONE kitchen utensil, pot/pan or even a coffee pot - they were available for purchase at the front desk.  WTH??  How can they advertise as extended stay hotel?

Terrible Facility - Book Anywhere Else if Possible

Tulsa Woodspring Suites:  Filthy, filthy, filthy! Horrible stains running down the wallS. Refrigerator was not usable,-filthy! This was a fire hazard as the plug-in in the bathroom was pushed in/broken which I did not see until the next morning. I was exhausted when I arrived. This place smelled! Just filthy and mold present. I have many pictures of this terrible, terrible, terrible experience. I will never stay at any Choice hotel again and I will keep giving my honest reviews wherever of this God-awful experience.

STAY AWAY! FAR, FAR AWAY!

i booked this room via the company web page, first, not one of the pictures they share are of this building,  but of file picture of other hotels,    your next to an electrical substation,  as well as a highway,  not a place i would recommend staying at,  the only positives is the water was hot for the shower, and the TV worked well,   the comforter on the bed, had old stains from other having sex on it, totally nasty,  lack of regular maint, and repair shows,  not so much as a cup to drink water from, had to wash out a drink cup i tossed in the trash to have a glass of water at night,  security locks only work on 1 door, not the side doors,  the only time i saw a clerk was the day i checked in,  and though friendly, she gave me more rules about what i cant do, rather then welcome and enjoy your stay,   i was staying in Tulsa for a large trade show,  so motels were booked,  in hind sight, i would have just passed on the show,  rather then stay in this hotel again, had real pictures been posted, i would have made another choice,   bed was small, my feet hung off then end,  im 6"2,  the last night of my stay, the sheets pulled back during the night and i got to see the nasty mattress cover that i had slept on for 3 days.. oh my... that should have been trashed weeks ago,  these are glorified kitchenets , and not quality motel rooms,  i asked if they had security at night,  no just regular staff,  i parked over a large mud puddle so that my Cats wouldnt get stolen at light,  a red light should have been the 2 sheriffs cars parked in the lot when i checked in, crack heads walking around 24/7...  a night sleeping in your car, is safer then this place,

I also was not given my corporate discount of 20%
I was invoiced for almost $1600 for 30days then I called and was unable to get any help from the gentleman who answered the phone so I emailed the manager who then corrected the invoice and sent me a new one for $1394 which is still incorrect. 
Upon trying to check in. The girl that was at the desk. Informed me that she was new and had no idea how to do any of the check in.
I was then told to use the lobby phone to call 500 to check in. Upon doing so. No answer.
Finally someone was able to help me. 
But upon registering for the room they had no single bed rooms. So I was given the double bed room for $39.99 a night.
But that room wasn’t even ready as well.
So after all this . I had tried to talk to the manager who was very rude.
I was told not to do my linen exchange that I was being charged for after 10 am because the office is only open from 9 am th 8 pm . And that I was only allowed to change it once a day. Which is not what I was told.
After talking to a different front seat girl who was unable to figure out why my room rate was charged after one night from $39.99 to $44.27 a night or why they had so many different linen packages charged to my account or why I had a long distance charge for my room phone which didn’t even work.
I then became frustrated and tried talking to the rude manager in the parking lot . Who would even let me finish a sentence.
I then left to my room giving her time to pull herself together and when to the office and tried  to talk to her again.
But she became very aggressive and threatened to have me arrested for trespassing.
I then laughed and said how is someone who paid for a week and only stayed one night trespassing.
She did in fact call the police. And after the police came to my room. The officer said it was a civil matter.
And asked me to leave the property.
Thank good I had already booked a room somewhere els that day.
But after this horrible experience.
I will be letting all of my employees from my company.
Not to choose choice hotels for are accommodating needs any longer.
And I will be taking legal action.
If I’m not fully compensated.
Also it states that you will have 24/7 
Friendly staff to assist you
How so when I can only get someone in office from 9am to 8pm
Pizza isn’t even able to be delivered to your room as well

Poor management and horrible math skills

The only redeeming quality of this dirty, smelly, understaffed establishment is the kind and friendly staff and hotel guests. From the flickering light in the elevator, to the crusty corners throughout the hotel, this place deserves zero stars. After being promised a Standard King bed we were surprised to see that under the drab polyester blanket there was nothing but a Standard bed. Two differently sized and equally flat pillows adorned the bed, and the sticky floors created fear for bare feet. Stained sheets, poor scent, general despair filled the air. After refusing to allow two teenage girls to stay in this establishment overnight in their own room and taking our business elsewhere it was disappointing to find that we could not get a full refund due to the room being “cleaned to their standards”. Folks, if you get this room for $70 a night it is likely worth it, there is no bang for buck at this establishment. If you have $120/night to spend I am CERTAIN you can do better.

Dirt-Lovers Paradise

Sticky floors, weird smells throughout, flickering lights in the elevator. I thought I was in a Quentin Tarantino movie. Terrible hotel, I knew it wasn’t going to be great when it had ads promising clean sheets but, even that was a lie when I discovered sand in my bed. Even as a last resort I’d rather just sleep outside seeing how I’d get the same amenities they offer. We decided to leave and asked for a refund……. rejected. Guess I’ll just battle it out with my credit card company.

Wayyyyy Overpriced

I stayed my tires got slashed there were roaches the room wasn't clean at all and i couldnt get my momey back to stay anywhere else. My tires were slashed so i had to park a half a mile away and walk nack. They have no security and rent out to a bunch of drug addict this is not a 4 star hotel at all. I woke up every morning to people smoking inside and using drugs in the stairwell. Terrible stay.

People were murdered here while i stayed!!

I totally enjoyed my stay there. I look at reviews and I did before booking, so I wanted to write a review. It is more like a family atmosphere and everyone who works there is so helpful and nice. You can always talk to anyone if you have questions and they will help you cheerfully. The place is so clean and it was a pleasure to be there. Once I talked to the girl on the phone when booking, I was convinced it was the right place to stay for me. I would not hesitate to stay there in the future if I need a Hotel to stay at again!!
