This place is under new management. It seems to be. I have DoorDash and picked up people via Uber at this hotel in the past and it always look like it was rundown. The people that got in my Uber stunk when I DoorDash. I could see that the rooms were stinky.
I had a friend who needed a place to stay. She didn’t have a lot of cash. This place fit within her budget. It was the only thing in her budget. She was very weary of the reviews so she asked the man at the front desk she could view a room. He was happy to show her.

So she stayed here a week and a half. During that time I came over a few times I did not ever see any bugs. Whoever cleans the rooms sometimes doesn’t do a good job. They mix too much soap and it leaves a residue on the floor. The bathroom is clean, but the tile around the edge of the bathroom floor is grimy like it needs new caulking.
The Wi-Fi here sucks something horrible. So you were totally reliant on your Internet. The TV doesn’t have a lot of channels.

Decent room, no bugs nothing special in anyway bare bones basic the heater and AC work. 

The entire property is very well lit at night. There are cameras everywhere. When you walk in the front office, you can see that the entire property is well monitored.
They are very strict about people just hanging out on the landings and there are rules posted that if you make a lot of noise, they will not hesitate to remove you from the property. So it seems like the new owners are trying to at least make it a cheap clean place to stay.  

It’s not a bad neighborhood, but it is an old area of town and there’s not a lot around there. There is a subway about two blocks away and a Walgreens. There is a Mazzio’s across the street and a Quiktrip and I think there’s a little Mexican food truck just a block away. So if you don’t have a car, at least there are a few things within walking distance.

I would never stay here because I’m very picky about where I stay but if you don’t have money and you need to clean room this might work for you

I think this place is pretty good for the price and the guy who checked me in was Courteous and helpful..I met a lady who I guess works at place that was helpful also...I'm in between leases so needed something disabled no family..I was at the oyo up street and that one was double what this one is and smaller and filthy.This place is bigger cleaner better than anyone else around this area...The rest will cheat you and steal your funds..Not here it's ran like it should be they are nice courteous friendly they explain what what with you etc......It says a 2 star but I figure about point or so above...It's quiet no one bothering me...

They are a decent establishment that doesn't charge deposits and feess out the Yazoo..I can relax I can go barefoot not

So me and my other half booked a room here.when we arrived to the hotel the room we reserved was given to someone else and then they said they could give us a different room we waited 45mins and then there was guy standing in the doorway of the room that was supposed to be ours make if it was his room door wide open it was scary as being too females and then the housekeeper said that he tried to pull her in the room as well so do you really think I will stay when someone has access to my room no then I asked for a refund and they denied me so I recommend no one to stay there worst place ever...

run far away from this place they are horrible nothing but drugs and hookers and the staff are part of it im lucky to still be alive after staying there defintly a unfit place to stay for one and since it was a wyndham property im defintly disapointed

 Easy off and on access. Staff was helpful and friendly, but room is best described as a "bed to lay your head". It is obvious that money has yet to be put into thoroughly cleaning this property

I know I was being cheap booking here, but I didn't think I was going to be punished for it.  Called to give heads up I would be checking in late due to a late flight.  Once I arrived I found out the specific room I booked on Sept 5th wasn't available for my Oct 30th check in.  How?  I actually agreed/planned to spend extra to try out the jacuzzi suite.  Instead I got a noticeably neglected room with loud neighbors up at 1am on a weds.

The after hours window is scary for a woman traveling alone.  Had to manhandle the door to get it locked properly.  The heater didn't work and the temperature dropped to 30°.  TV didn't work.  The phone appeared to have every button pulled off of it, therefore, didn't work.  No coffee maker or alarm clock; no pen /paper and Gideon's bible didn't make the cut.  Bed was comfortable, but doesn't make up for the big dead bug under the vanity.  If you like camping - that's what staying here felt like.

Never Again

Probably the most unsafe place to stay in Tulsa! Access alone to get to the hotel was the 1st issue of this stay! Then walking into a room that is dirty to being able to hear every word from other rooms! Horrible!

Unsafe

Nasty bathroom, mattress over hung the box spring so if you sat on it you fell to the floor, fitted sheet did not fit the mattress and was ripped in one corner where it had been force on, complimentary breakfast ran out before the first hour, noise until 10:30 at night, trash cans outside of rooms never emptied. Requested a handicapped room on the first floor, was told they did not have any and got a room on the second floor. I got up at 8:00 the next morning to talk to a different person and found out there was one open.

Worst Motel to stay at.

Nasty no room service  door don't lock.people walking around. They look there door st night don't have a iron this place isn't livable inside or out.i was shock this location is under Wyndham go check it out for your self

Stay away

I was looking for a quiet hotel that was cheap and available due to most hotels being booked for March Madness. Of course I knew that this wasn’t going to be the best hotel of them all, but once we got there it was AWFUL. It had an awful stale odor, the bathroom door looked like the bottom had been shredded by a lawn mower or something, the bathtub looked DISGUSTING, and all of our towels/bed sheets had some kind of hole in it???
