The room was spotless and comfortable.  Everything was provided for sleeping and preparing meals.  For a hiker the location was perfect with easy access to trails within the parks.  The owner was very gracious and helpful with directions and info re: restaurants, shopping, etc.   It is a beautiful area...enjoy your stay!

Spotless!

We have stayed here for several times. Always found the cabins clean and comfortable.  The owners are very pleasant and personable.  Great amenities and reasonably priced. Looking forward to return again.

Great getaway

Rustic cabin (#11) was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for three adults. Heat and a/c worked quickly and well, the shower was fantastic and the kitchenette was everything we needed to cook breakfasts and a couple of dinners. Super nice proprietor. Pool was refreshing. A great location for everything we wanted to do. Stayed 5 nights and would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay for a great price!

Rustic but everything you need, super clean, best shower head pressure ever!! Close to everything, quiet, very clean swimming pool, lots of things for kids. Owners were super friendly , cannot say  enough good things about this place, comfortable bed, awesome porch for sitting in the morning or at night 

Just Excellent 

When looking for lodging to attend the Highland games (2018) - I came across this gem.  I was charmed by the old timey look of the cabins and property.  Like going back in time.  We absolutely loved our stay. Best.  Shower.  EVER! It was like a massage! The owner was so fun to chat with. I really loved the location and facilities. Cannot wait for the opportunity to return!

A trip back in time

My mother and I had a great stay! The cabin was very clean,(we loved the moose bedding!) The beds are very comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, there is a large tub wich was nice. The kitchenette had everything we needed. including a toaster, a microwave and a coffee maker. The owners are very nice and take great care of thier property!. We will be back again with the rest of our family 😃

Wonderful stay, beautiful weekend!

So we took our great grandson to the patio motor court in twin mountain nh and we had a blast! They have these rustic cabins with plenty of knotty pine but all the amenities you could want! We were very comfortable in cabin 11! The pool was AWESOME!it was so clean and warm we could have stayed in it all day!! We spent one of our days at Santa's village only about 12 miles away. We hiked close by and went swimming in the river. We will definitely come back!

Patio motor court

Yep, it's an older property but our unit was very clean and the bathroom literally sparkled. The heater did a bang up job heating the place up even from a very cold start. This is not for the Hilton crowd but if you like a rural setting without much fuss, this is for you. They do not have daily maid service which is great for those of us who hang the Do Not Disturb sign on our door so a maid doesn't poke through our things. I'm perfectly capable of making my own bed. I would definitely stay there again.

Bathroom Sparkled

Basic accommodation with all the amenities you might need. Unit was clean, kitchen stocked well with all you need. Beds were very comfortable. My pet peeve was the signs posted about the charges for leaving dishes in the sink, not recycling, smoking, etc ……..they make you feel you're imposing. There are hospitable ways to let guests know the "rules". Wifi was available (with a stern warning about using too much broadband) but it was pitifully slow and useless.

Okay Stay

My family has been staying at the Patio Motor Court for approximately ten years.  We love it there.  The cabins are nice and clean as well as the property.  The owners are on the property at all times for any issues albeit small.  

The best part I love about the Patio is the owners.  They are awesome and it keeps us going back year after  year.  If you want to be in a quiet, peaceful environment please stop by.  Also, remember to swim in their in ground swimming pool.

PS.  You are centrally located and can travel to places like Santa's Village, Conway and North Conway in a relatively short period of time.

Stop in and enjoy as our family has for many years.
