Went here last night for the 1st time and what an awesome  impression they made. AAA service first of all. They were super busy, so was our assigned waitress, so who shows up? One of the owners! Not to take our order but to welcome us and let us feel appreciated and not ignored. (The complete opposite of our first and only night at Petskull) 

Next? Their beer🍻 , I got a flight which was a great, large selection. I do prefer a fruity type of beer which they really didn't have, but that's ok, not everyone does have fruity  beer all the time. Next? We had flights of their burgers, their cheese curd flight, then got all five cheesecakes to go: no explanation needed.  

After dinner we went to the bar, gorgeous, polished huge brewing tanks in the background. Sorry, don't know the proper term for them at the moment. Also bought multiple  Cool  City tops: sweatshirt, super cool flannel shirt and t-shirt. 

I'd offer only ONE suggestion: FISH 🐠🐟 !

Wonderful place to stay. Very well heated in the winter time. Blinds need new updates and the bedding sheets should be updated. Showers are well adapted. Pressure felt terrific. Televisions channels were a little hard to figure out. 

Sleeping

If you like pubic hairs in your bed and a gravel field also , 19" tube tvs, amish tv, stained carpeted floors, layers of cobwebs in the bathroom this is your place !!!!

They did change out the sheets for us and they didn't skimp on cheap toilet paper I will give them credit for that . Also bring a pipe wrench to shut off the shower because most people won't get it shut off. Don't forget to let the water run for at least 5 min to get hot water.

Fleabag Hotel

Very friendly service and staff. Atmosphere is nice fair enough. Charging rates/ and or prices are fair enough....... .. It's right on the road so you do not have to drive very/ all that far to get to the Motel.

We hadn't planned on staying here but our regular motel had storm damage.  It's not fancy but the room was very clean.  The heater worked well and we had no issues with the wi-fi. 
If you're seeking a fancy resort type motel this is not for you but for a basic stay it was very good. 

this was a decent motel.

We needed a cheap place for the weekend for the crew of a show we are shooting.
Semi clean, a bit of a smell in our room but livable.  No shampoo but they did have tiny soaps.  The best part of the stay was that there was a Dairy Queen right next door.  :)
WIFI was horrible!!!

You get what you pay for

I arrive very late - about midnight and there was no issue with check in. Room gives me some strange smell at entry, but this was some kind of strong refresher - probably there was something to hide behind, but after couple of minutes I get use to this small and it was not bothering me at  all.
Room was quite big and clean - couple flies give me some irritation, but after killing them it was OK.
Hitting was working good and no problem with hot water.

Good price

In the years since, the plant has been in urgent need of refreshment. We had a room with kitchen lines on the top floor. Under the kitchen line, however, you should not imagine anything that would be sufficient for a longer stay. Two outdoor electric boilers, an antique microwave and a working refrigerator. The cleanliness was not convincing in all areas either.

Coming into the years

from the looks of this place, one would think to drive away, but it was clean, beds weer comfortable, the price of $57 for the night, you might want to stop here for the night, it is not close to town, but it is about a 15 minute car ride, check in was easy, as well as check out

an okay place

Our room was small but adequate.  There was a standard size bed, a sofa, 2 chairs, a "dresser", an older TV set.  No bad odors.  Room was clean.  This motel is older and has not been extensively remodeled or updated.  It is not going to suit someone who must have those things....newer bathroom fixtures, decor, etc.  But my husband and I found it to be perfectly adequate.  Big shower.  Plenty of hot water.  Good water pressure.  A/C works great.  Room had a screen door so you could leave the "main" door open and get fresh air which is always nice in my book.  Things look older and more dated...furnishings, decor, fixtures, etc.  Very budget friendly.
