This motel is what you think a cheap motel will be. The room is dirty, nasty, smells like strong mold and have roaches crawling everywhere. My husband picked this Motel out and when I got there I tried to stay but couldn't. I ended up leaving in the early hours because it was so filthy and itchy I just could not get comfortable.  I didn't even wanna use the bathroom in there. They have issues and shortages in the phone cords. You have to go through the front desk to reach a room which I understand but when doing so the rude owner told me I was calling my husband too much and that my husband didn't want to talk to me which wasn't true.  My husband didn't even know that I had to call the front desk to reach his room he thought I was calling him directly and our call was disconnected because of the shortage in the cord.  If your not holding the phone a certain way the call disconnects. The owner is a racists liar who thinks he can talk to people any type of way. He then proceeded to tell me if I called again he was going to block my number umm excuse me sir but your  nasty motel if I call a thousand times and it's the way you have it set up to reach someone's phone in a room that they unfortunately paid for in that dump then you are supposed to transfer me.  He is flat-out rude.  I didn't have any run ins with the wife so I have nothing to say about her.  If you don't have to stay here please do not stay here you will be highly disappointed.

Please shut this place DOWN

Worst than I can even explain. Sheets had mold on them, bugs were coming into our room via hole in the corner, pee and blood were on the mattress cover and both front and bathroom door had been previously broken into. Told owner and flat out told me I was “seeing things”, “That room nothing wrong with, that good clean room.” Told me the mold was dirt and I’d be fine. I had to call my boss and have him talk to them because without him, the owner and I would’ve been fighting in the street for daring to make me stay in that room. He convinced her to let us change rooms before he called the police. Only to get to the new room...and the door doesn’t lock. My coworker and I have to stay here for 5 days.. if you don’t HAVE to be here...(Pardon my french) ..I don’t give a fack if it’s the cheapest place in the county do NOT come to the Relax Inn unless your dying to have bad service and possibly catch a assault charge.

WTF!!!!

Worse hotel stay ever. Made reservation 2 days before we were due.. Got there and didn't have the room we served So we had to stay in the only room available. The heater didn't work and I am very cold natured so I was cold all night. The next day they moved us to the room we reserved it was dirty and nasty, The heater worked but made such loud noise we couldnt run it. Told the owner about it and he said what am I suppose to do about it I'm warm and you should be able to do with out it Just kept argueing with us and wouldnt give us our money back so we had to stay. I will never stay there again. I wouldnt advise anyone else to stay either

Worse Hotel I have ever stayed at!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I wish I could give it 0 stars. The people who own this hotel are rude and have horrible customer service skills. It was agreed upon that after my 30 day stay my room would be taxed free. They instead called my hotel room and informed me they weren't going to honor the original agreement. When I asked why he said it was his hotel and he can do whatever he wants and if I don't like it, switch hotels. He also refunded my weekly rate, charged me for a one night stay, then proceeded to tell me I had to repay for another week at a higher rate. Horrible all the way around. His wife yelled curse words in the background and I heard her call me a dirty American. My rooms were never cleaned up, no matter how much I tried to resolve it. I was trying to save money since the weekly rate was low, but in the end it wasn't worth it.
