I am a travel nurse in town for 13 weeks. Hospital is less then 10 minutes walking distance. I feel safe here and have not had any issues with loud neighbors or parking. Hotel provides DAILY housekeeping and it’s great to get fresh towels and have garbage taken out. Small kitchenette and full size refrigerator makes things a lot easier!! Staff is very professional and accommodating!!

Convenient and Clean!!!

I stay in a lot of hotels in my years of business. This place is actually very good. The personal that run/own are SUPER FRIENDLY AND VERY ACCOMMODATING. Anytime that there has been any problem they handle in in minutes not hours. Excellent tv air towels and very comfortable king size 4 poster beds. It’s not the newest in Tyler but one of the best kept. I will always stay here when I am in Tyler. I will probably be here for at least one year 

Love this place 

There are roaches, the tub did not work nor did the tv,  had to use the night window as the desk attendant who said her name is Pick wouldnt open the lobby, refused to give the managers name on request, screamed at me calling me a liar when I told her I got up and found roaches. I am a government employee who presented a tax exemption form she still charge me tax and over charged my card when I looked at the bank and questioned this she yelled she did not and I dont know what I am talking about, I showed her the bank charge. Bedding and towels were stained. Will not stay here again. Very unhappy and hoping the unnamed manager calls back.

Non smoking room should have been ready at 3. At 3:15 told room wasn't ready. Left came back 40 mins later. Room # 101 tucked back in a corner next to stacked broke down air conditioners and laundry bins (first clue); and of course it was NASTY. Had spiders in window and webs everywhere. Room was dark, dirty, old, beyond dated and smelt of mildew. The room looked like hell in everyway. Bathroom toilet tank lid missing. Hole in ceiling above tub full of mildew. Second room #105 walked in and walked straight out of that cigarette smoked filled dungeon looking just as bad as the first but smelling worse. Third room #205 wreaked of cigarette smoke. Tub rim was covered in cigarette burns and look like a giant empty ashtray. Quality for the whole property on every aspect was the poorest I have ever seen in any hotel. Got my money back and left. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR RISK YOUR HEALTH. AVOID THIS HELL HOLE.

Stratford Inn Tyler, Tx. NASTY!

Normally I stay across the street, but beggars can't be choosers. Not such a hot idea. Needs a lot of work. Clutter in the halls. No laundry services ( washer/dryer). Not too friendly either. On the loop and highway 69. Its pricey as well.

One night.

Beautiful four-poster bed but a number of things that weren't right.

Like the mattress ON the bed: short on both ends so stuff kept falling through the gaps.
Internet never worked.

Desultory efforts by front desk to get things right.  Finally gave up asking.

Tub never able to hold water.

Lights out.

Etc.
