One night payment in advance. If guests need to cancel all or part of the reservation, the hotel must receive advance notice at least 7 days prior to the check-in time of the date being cancelled, and a cancellation number must be issued. Bookings cancelled/amended 7 days or less prior to arrival will incur 100% cancellation fee equivalent to the total value of the reservation. For cancellations outside of the 7 days a nominal fee of USD 25.00 will be charged.
