The house is lovely and the views are to die for from every window.  Quiet and peaceful, it's the perfect place to stay when visiting Zion National Park.  Easy walking distance to everything.  The hosts are friendly, helpful, and the breakfasts are delicious!  I will definitely return.

Peace and Quiet and Stunning Views!

What a dreamy place to stay! The master suite is luxurious, spacious, and beautifully appointed. Comfy bed with a Sleep Number mattress. The view from the bed of the sunrise over the canyon was surreal. Delicious breakfast, coffee and tea station, soothing lighting options, high-end massage chair... wow. There are so many thoughtful details everywhere and it's clear these are very experienced B&B hosts. They're also so kind and friendly! We had the most amazing time. 

The coziest spot for a getaway

THE place to stay and e-bike rentals on site!   What a wonderful experience. The suites were magnificent…great views, immaculate, gorgeous and beautiful antiques throughout. Breakfast options exceeded our expectations. We were introduced via their gorgeous landscaping to local prickly pear cactus and their homemade jam. Loved their lab and pet pig!  Important. They have e-bikes for rent right on their property. We left the bnb on our e-bikes, avoided all traffic w paths and rode from Springdale to last stop of shuttle (7 miles one way) and back. If u have one full day at Zion and not a hiker, this is the place to stay and fantastic activity! . Ryan and Ashley were also so accommodating when we found 1 of our 4 non bikers was truly unable. They pulled out a fantastic solution so she could ride w husband. Thank you for a great experience from rental to check out!

The place to stay in Springdale/Zion

Such an incredible value!! The home was an inviting and relaxing home base for our time at Zion National Park — and so close to the park entrance. The hosts went above and beyond with recommendations, food and amenities, and general hospitality. Incredible service, yet felt private. Loved the yard and grounds and plan to return in the fall or spring during cooler weather to enjoy the fire pits. Highly recommend dinner at The Spotted Cat & Thai Sapa, both within walking distance.

Gem of a Stay!

Zion BnB was spiritually, physically and emotionally satisfying from the moment we walked in, until the time we had to depart. It was like having a private view of Zion all day long. The bed was extremely comfortable (prob the best I’ve ever had away) and included a heating component. Up early, we opted for house made breakfast burritos that fueled us for the long hike ahead. Liz, Larry and family also offer sit down breakfast for more relaxing mornings. The coffee is very good and they have a tea/hot chocolate bar as well. Rooms were comfortable. Relaxation music plays throughout the common areas creating a sanctuary which compliments Zion’s spiritual embodiment. Hoping to return again. Many thanks to the family for their detailed care and conscientiousness.

A Place to Rest & Retreat 

This was a beautiful place to stay, so close to Zion National Park!  They have everything detailed out for you in their adorable “theme” rooms. We stayed at Angel’s Landing!  We had a very warm and helpful welcome and the to-go breakfast burritos were absolutely amazing!  Highly recommend!

Absolute gem of a place

We were in Zion for a half marathon and to explore the park. Because we were going to be very active, we wanted an easy, convenient, quiet, and home-like atmosphere. Zion Canyon B&B did not disappoint. The hosts were lovely, super helpful, charming, friendly but not intrusive. Just want you want in a B&B host. The room (203) had a beautiful view of the Watchtower and was very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was yummy and filling. Small things like a pantry with drinks, water, tea, coffee, etc, made Zion Canyon feel very homey. Only complaint: There are not enough towel bars in the room, so we found we had towels hanging on all sorts of things. But that is both an easy fix and not a real inconvenience. The tub is also nice, although I didn't like that I couldn't turn off the jets and it's a bit dated. But soaking was lovely after a long day in the park. Would go back without question (although maybe to a room with a shower next time).

Comfort with a view

I would highly recommend a winter trip to Zion National Park and a stay in this lovely B and B. Our hosts could not have been more welcoming and the setting is simply exquisite. The village is surrounded by parkland and the views from the guesthouse are dramatic at all times of the day, but especially in the early morning and late afternoon hours. You are just steps away from the park entrance and in winter it’s possible to drive in and park as you wish without waiting on any of the long summer bus lines. 

Breakfasts are filling and healthy and the hosts are generous with their time and assistance. We decided to rent dry suits to hike The Narrows after listening to another guest rave about the experience. Our hosts provided helpful advice about gear rental and dining options. We’d go back in a heartbeat. Enjoy!!!

Wonderful Winter Getaway

From the moment you walk in the front door, you realize you have just passed into a different realm. The sounds of native meditation music fill the space once you enter.  The entire house, including the bathrooms, are galleries of art and craftsmanship from local and world artisans. The bed felt like sleeping in cloud of hugs! The views...from every room, are breathtaking!  Coffee and breakfast are served every morning.  Plenty of amenities are available to compliment days of hiking. Even the dogs are great!  It is the perfect place to stay if you are coming to experience the reverence and reflection only Zion can provide.

Rejuvenattion

This is the absolute best place you can stay in Zion! It is in a perfect location and Liz and her family go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable! We would love to come back anytime!
