It's not the Ritz, but it is comfortable for a working man to stay at.  The basics are there, and that's all you need when you are working in the area.  Comfortable bed, decent bathroom/shower, TV, mirco-fridge is a plus.  I liked the place, for what it is, an older motel.  But I will continue to go back as it fills my needs and then some.  The manager is a good man, and they try hard to fix up and make things more comfortable.   I'm pleased.  If you want the basics, and don't want to pay through the nose like the other places in the area, this is a great bargain.  Well worth the money.

This is a good place for the price

We had a long hot day of driving and wanted a quiet, "out of the way" motel.  The price was excellent; however, the small air conditioner was not up to the 90+ degree afternoon.  It is an older motel; however, it seems to have been totally renovated.  It has a nice refrigerator with freezer, a microwave, TV, and free EXCELLENT Internet service.  After about an hour, it was obvious the air conditioner would not cool the room for several hours.  I could tell that the air was not blowing out at expected.  Therefore, I opened the front and found the filter to be totally filled with Utah dust.  I washed the filter in the shower and then left it out so the unit would work at its maximum potential.  The problem was, not only was the filter filled, the coils were also in need of cleaning.  After about four hours it did drop the temperature into the 70's; however, that is not what we felt we paid for.  We would stay here again, in the spring or fall; however, I would not recommend this motel to anyone who wants to escape from the Utah heat!  The motel management was nice, polite, and would have helped move us to a different room; however, we just want peace and quite----and a place to cool off.  The Internet service was GREAT; however, if you have AT&T or T1-Mobile cell phones, do not expect ANY signal.

This is NOT the place to stay in 90 to 100 degree temperature days!

Office door was locked at 4 in the afternoon. They have you ring a doorbell to have someone come to the front office. The manager yelled "reservation?" through the door to confirm I was there for a reason before opening it. There were pages of "do not do's" posted all over the office window, and you know they have had lots of problems. The parking lot is old and torn up, the building is terribly worn down. Feels eerie to step into the room. Rooms are also old and worn. If ALL you care about is cheap, and that's it, maybe you'll be ok with it. The bed smelled like urine, and my hands did too after sitting there for about 15 minutes. The whole place felt unsafe, even in a small town. I ended up leaving, and they have a super strict cancellation policy because they know the moment people see it in person they will want to leave. Definitely don't take kids there.
Try Greenwell Inn, a much better place for just a little more money.

Bad, Very Bad

We arrived late and check in was quick, man was very friendly. The room was very small, bathroom was awful tiles missing, falling off and some glued back on as if a 5 year old had put them on. Toilet had to be pushed several times before it flushed. Owner told us he was doing it up. Very Big improvements are needed before we would recommend this Motel or even return.

Stay somewhere else

Gross. The staff wont refund even if you pay within 24hrs of your stay. Dirty. Pay just a little more and stay any number of places close by. There are plenty of places near by that you wont feel like you cant open your bag. I'm all about a cheap place to stay when I'm out on my own but this isnt even worth 20 bucks.
