King Beds are lopsided, rooms are not really cleaned, people have their sound on their televisions too loud, so you cannot sleep.  Stay away from rooms 120, 122 and 128.  We had to change rooms 3 times in order to obtain a good night's sleep.  Room was next to I90 exit ramp, Towels were not given each day, and they were dirty.

Yikes.... ok... so I get the feeling when they see a normal human,  not methed out they do give them one of the handful of almost passable rooms.. my pillows smelled like beer, hair in tub.. but big room and clean otherwise.. lobby smells like weed, parking lot is scary..Hotel right across the way is called HJ HOTEL if that helps with the kind of location..4 hotels offer this exit, all are shady AF

The manager upon arrival became very argumentative with us from the moment we walked in the door, and that’s the good part of the stay.

Walking into the room, my girlfriend and I noticed the floors were grimy and disgusting, the place smelled nasty, the heater barely worked and the TV wouldn’t work.

Once we were settled into the room, we discovered that the bathtub faucet had a continuous and heavy leak that wouldn’t stop.

After getting out of the shower and getting ready to go to sleep, the manager calls me up on the phone in the room and proceeds to berate me for smoking, which was totally unfounded. Upon going outside to smoke, he demanded that we stop to talk to him only for him to threaten us in charging a $200 fine for it.

The next morning, while packing I noticed the breakfast selection...not offering it at all would have been a drastic improvement.
Finally, the manager/owner apparently thought that we had overstayed (out at 9:30, checkout at 11) and checked us out some time earlier, as my girlfriend had to ask him to let her into the room to grab one last bag before leaving. No receipt or anything. 

If there could be a way to rate this location with negative numbers, I would most certainly do that.

Please note that if you look like you’re in or ever have been in the military, you will be treated very horribly.

Recommendation for this place is to level the building completely, get rid of the owners and start completely over.

Worst lodging experience ever

We thought because it was under Comfort Inn auspices, it would be OK for one night to attend an event the next day - our #1 choice was booked full and this was convenient. Were we wrong !   We made reservations on line, and when we got there were given a different type of room, they corrected that. The room was clean (no carpet on the floor did seem better because no vacuuming was required), and bedding was clean but beds were NOT comfortable and we suffered the next day.  We knew the "breakfast" would not be great but it was hardly even minimal - a half-empty communal jug of milk and also used communal jug of juice(?we didn't look at it) in a fridge. At 10 minutes after the promised opening hour, there was a pot of coffee half brewed and NO decaf, NO tea, NO hot water. We went across the street to a restaurant for breakfast.  There was NOBODY to check us out - so I left the cards.  NO receipt.  When I obtained the receipt online, the checkout time showed at 11 PM, when we actually left at 6:20AM. This was worrisome if they had tried to bill us for an extra day.  We will NEVER stay at this facility again.

Disappointed

Great rates!  Must keep in mind this is an economy motel. I felt safe, and my husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable bed, great selection of TV channels, and friendly staff. Will be back!

Excellend value!

Hallway smelled of curry, got to the room and there was a huge pile of bed sheets on the couch in the room and no towels in the bathroom. Rate was $60 on Google got to Trip Advisor and rate jumped to $70. Not a safe looking neighborhood.

Look elsewhere

Dirty, rundown, rooms, building and grounds. There was mold on the food in the buffy (bagel) I tossed it in the garbage.If they had half a star that would be how I would rate this place. Only good things was location for us. .

We were travelling from the east coast and needed a motel for a few hours of sleep. The Econo Lodge provided the necessities. The bed and pillows were comfortable. 

The room could have been cleaner and is need of modernization. However, at $72.42 per night, I have to question the "Econo" part of the name. We have stayed in other Econo Lodges while driving to Florida that were as nice, or nicer, but cost less.

Served the purpose

This place now ECONO LODGE they are updating their rooms nice wood floor eleven miles best rate great people if you need any thing  right away you have it flat screen TV Wi-Fi  free Breakfast in room Coffe if you want coffe at lobby they will make it i saw with my eye people was happy so my thanks utica NY i will come back if room was bed i will check out but i spend 3 Nights THANS.
