Beautiful hotel with a nice location.
What was bad
Poor service, our room weren't available at the check in time, we had to wait 3 hours to get our room. Staff in the reception were arrogant, no smiles and excuses for the missing room. At check out the next morning we were met by an even more arrogant person in the reception called Jonathan who didn't even dare to say good morning furthermore we had to notify the compensation we had been promised because of th
