From Start to finish Sonoran Suites operation was dismal at best. Booking through Expedia was easy as usual, when Sonoran Suites took over the process became convoluted, there was a deposited that was not clearly noted, lots of extra paper work and they were cryptic on sending check-in instructions.  We arrived at 4:00pm, we were told the key would be under the mat, which its was, but who in this day in age leaves a key under the mat as a check in process? when we entered the clean crew was still cleaning, check in was supposed to be at 3:00pm.  While unpacking, went to put clothes in the dresser where 3 of the 6 drawers where broken. When trying to work the TV, they have 3 remotes, so trying to figure that out was a nightmare, had to turn TV and cable on manually on each respective unit, volume control did not work on any of the 3 remotes. No wifi!!!! Went to take a shower and the water would not get hot so after an hour I finally called the after hours, The guy I talked to did not apologize or show any sympathy, just directed me to get a key and go outside and find the water heater closet and turn the heat up, which I did and another hour later we were able to shower.  The couches were worn, the mattresses were very poor quality and worn, the amenities were like that of a Motel 6.  Very disappointed, Expedia should take a closer look at this property.

Disappointing

Overall the 3b2b apartment is very nice. The neighborhood is quiet. The kitchen and living room is hardwood floor and there are plenty of towels and blankets inside the cabinets. There are no receptionist on site so be sure you bring everything you need before entering the suite.

Nice apartment

My family and I had an extremely enjoyable time staying with Sonoran Suites of San Diego. The place we stayed had 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, dining room, living room, private garage, balcony, pool, and included a washer & dryer. Extremely clean and well kept. We had a magnificent time and since there was 6 of us it was great to be able to stay in the same place and cook together rather than staying in separate hotel rooms.  Highly recommend this place.

Sonaran Suites was excellent

We got a 3 bedroom unit.  It was spacious and clean.  The grounds were nice and quite, the amenities were very nice and exactly what we needed for our 3 children.  We had a few issues with the check-in and the staff handled them quickly and professionally.  Overall, this was a very nice trip at a great location.

Sonoran Suites Vista, CA

My family and I had a very enjoyable experience with Sonoran Suites. We highly recommend staying in one of their excellent condominiums! Spacious and comfortable. The condominium was close to shopping and points of interest in San Diego.
