Website states kitchenette, free breakfast, pool. There was no kitchette, not even a mini fridge, no breakfast and pool was locked with a sign that said closed for maintenance the whole time we were there, so couldn’t even sit by the pool. Curtains were dirty and had holes all through them, sheets and blankets were dirty and had burn holes, even though it’s non smoking. When housekeeping by, asked for clean blanket, she stated “they are all like that, I promise you.”

While every staff member I dealt with was very courteous and friendly, the motel itself is absolutely a wreck. I cannot believe that for my ENTIRE stay, my door lock was dysfunctional. I had to have a staff member let me into my room because the lock needed to be repaired, which it never was. The cleaning staff did not clean my room overnight and there were no trash cans in the room at all. The wifi looked like it was on, but nothing would load, and the main office told me it must be because too many people were using it. With no functional door and no wifi, I felt completely ripped off. This is not what I expect when I pay $50 a night to stay in a motel that advertises itself as having these basic necessities. As a single woman staying there, I definitely did not feel comfortable or safe.

picture a dirty run down never maintained,never upgraded,smelly hole in the wall,that after you stay here check your selves for creatures,bad in the worst way they would not refund my payment cause i was in the room [would not call it that] for 15 minutes.i kid you not they stole my cash,so for a few dollars more go somewhere else.you will be wiser than me...

The staff (especially the GM) demonstrated superb professionalism and care! I was delighted with the cleanliness and "coziness" of the old style "Inn" feel that this property provided. I've stayed in hotels 60 nights this year and this hotel (for the money) tops even some the areas top hotels.

They don't offer breakfast but hey - the money you save on the room will get a 5 star breakfast in town somewhere!

The internet had blazing download speeds (Speed-test = 6-8 MBS) which is super compared to others around! 

The TV's aren't flat screen etc .... But with over 100 channels who cares!

If that's not enough - For those who stay a bit longer like me - The room also had a mini-fridge, microwave, super comfortable and stylish desk/ chair and reading chair with ottoman for great window side relaxing!

The location is great with so many stores and eateries nearby! Also, its right off the major 475 Interstate which is minutes to several of Toledo's attractions.

This Knights Inn is definitely on my short list of favorites!!!

For us hotelionaires .... We KNOW when we land in well run hotel -  This place is awesome!

Outstanding Value and Comfort in a great location

Staying here was great.  Even though it's in an area that is slightly run down, don't let the looks of the area judge the motel. It's clean and the beds are very comfortable.  They advertise breakfast and free WiFi which was not the case but there were places close by for breakfast.
