Time to stop.  The room was clean and nice.  The shower is quite small but hot water was good.  No problem with anything in room.  Some noise outside but I opened the door and they saw me and noise stopped rest of the night.  I believe they were monthly renters.  AC worked great.  There is a 7-11 across the street with gas.  There is no breakfast.  $178 for a Saturday night.

Don’t stay here!!!  Rooms smelled. Were dirty. Tub was moldy. Room door had pry marks like someone tried to break in.  Sheets had holes. We would have not stayed but it was late and we were with three couples on a road trip.

good experience. priced right . we were able to check in early and the rosewood is just minutes from the beaches and restaurants. room was very clean, just a little musty odor, but after the air conditioner went on everything was great .fridge and microwave worked great and very quiet. great customer service

Well I was here under not the best circumstances...my car broke down on the highway to cape cod.  In any case this was within walking distance of the car repair shop.  I checked in around 7pm without a reservation.
The inn keeper was very direct, no emotion, and maybe that's where people found him rude.  He answered my questions. 
The room was super outdated and well if you have traveled and used motels it is what you would expect.
Your neighbors in the rooms around you.....well just lock your door, turn on the news and you might recognize them.

This place was not the best of the best but it was ok. The person at the desk was not rude but not friendly either. It was the weekend of the eclipse in August not September 2017 so it was quiet and we could rest. There were no bugs that we could see. The air conditioner was load but this is normal for a window unit. The room was clean. We stayed for two nights and it was fine. 

Road trip 2017

i was charged 7/17/17 and never checked in or signed for room. told if i didn't check in by 7pm to give up the room per owner. called 3-4 times and no call back. money 94.95 never refunded. no signed check in. terrible practice.

I had the unfortunate experience of staying at this establishment for a night. Firstly, the gentleman at the desk acted as if my presence was an inconvenience which was a bit rude. After settling in my room I turned on the A.C. it leaked. I spoke with the man at the desk and he answered me with,"It does that." No resolution to the issue. My first impression was of disappointment and some disbelief. As it got later it was hard to rest as the number of patrons in the room beside me came and went. I would think the room was rented by the hour, if you catch my drift. The last straw was when I grabbed the towel after washing my face only to see the reminants of a shaved beard or worse scattered throughout the cloth....Gross! That morning I checked out asap! I would NOT recommend staying here. If your car were to break down and this place is your only option... please, sleep in the car...you'll be better off.

Keep driving, there are better places.

Booked for a week. It was just myself. Only stayed one night. People were partying loud music people screaming. Called and nobody answered or even called me back. They have bugs. I go to leave the next day and got only half my money back. I will never say anything good. They rip people off! Horrible.
