My daughter had the unfortunate experience of staying here for 2 mos. due to her college dorm being closed.
Despite confirming multiple times that there would be a refrigerator and microwave in her room – nothing. Had to purchase both at Wal-Mart.
In addition, there was no cabinet or dresser to place her clothes.  How could a hotel room have no place to put unpacked clothes? Back to Wal-Mart to buy inexpensive dressers.
One week in, she found that her room was infested by bedbugs, we had to push and push to get a mattress replacement.  They provided a used, suspect queen size mattress as a replacement for the king size bed frame!  When we complained we got a king that we think was the original mattress.  Back to Wal-Mart where we had to buy mattress and pillowcase covers and bedbug treatment products which we had to apply on a weekly basis.
Early am (e.g., 3am) fire alarms were a frequent occurrence.
No judgement and appreciate the need, but many of the guests were homeless that were aggressive at times and made my daughter uncomfortable.  Would have been manageable if I was there with my daughter, but her need to avoid some hallways was disconcerting.

The laundry room required coins which are difficult to obtain now.  They finally informed guests they had installed a card system.  They provided us with the website to purchase this option and after purchasing we found it didn’t work.  They acted surprise, acknowledged other guests had problems and said they would “look into it.”  Never resolved.
Despite an occasional professional response, front desk staff were totally inept and/or very rude.
Reconsider booking here.

Bedbugs!

Vincent with the shuttle service, was super enthusiastic and helpful with my bags. It was the beginning of a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean and tidy. Thank you Vincent and the rest of the Wyndham staff.

Great Shuttle service

We stayed here 2/29 because of the convenience to the airport and the shuttle service provided. We had a 6 a.m. flight 3/1.  We checked in about 7:30 p.m after we drove by because of no outside lighting. When we checked in we inquired about the shuttle service and it picking us up at the car rental return. That was not a problem. So we brought our luggage to the room then returned the rental car. When we returned from returning the rental we told the front desk that our room did not have a coffee maker. We told them that it wasn’t a problem for us we just wanted it noted. We also requested a wake up call for 3:15 a.m. and went up to our room. As we were settling into the room we noticed no alarm clock as well. We figured for us not a problem as we had a wake up call coming. Unfortunately, for my husband, he could not sleep as the a/c - heater in the room was very noisy. He was awake and reading at the time our wake up call should have come in. Well, at 3:15 no call. He woke me a short time later and we were preparing to leave for the shuttle. At 3:45 the phone rang and at the other end of the line was a gentleman asking if we had received our wake up call. My husband informed him that we had not. Luckily for us we arrived at the airport in time.
The room was not clean in the least. The chairs looked like they had seen better days. The tub had a ring of shampoo or something in the corner of the tub. 
The elevator was in need of a good scrubbing as well. 
We have stayed at Wyndhams before and have enjoyed our stay. Needless to say we will not be staying at this one again.

Will not be staying here again.

Got placed on 5th floor. Quite a walk to get to the room. The hallways smelled like straight up weed. The rooms are a bit outdated. There is a mini fridge with its own separate freezer. I opened it up and the freezer doesn’t work and the fridge reeks strongly of mildew. Poor communication between front desk & housekeeping. They woke me up twice on a Sunday because front desk failed to notify them I was staying for two days instead of one. 

Funky 🥴

It is average hotel that we stayed because we had to. Very close to the airport and shuttle service is available. Free breakfast is served but not very clean. Room is average, the bed is. It very comfortable. It took several hours to warm the room. The price is reasonable.

I purchased a mini Gateway on Groupon to this hotel. Which I found very unsafe as soon as I pulled in the parking lot. I seen prostitution going on I Then pulled to the other side of the building and see a drug deal. Before even taking my belongings out my car I went to the front desk to check in and I Asked the guy Mike if it was safe here before checking in because of what I seen outside and the fact that 5 guys with hoodies smelling like marijuana walked in a side door before me... he assured me it was. Well that was a lie! I checked in at 3:40pm for a 4 day stay and checked right out within 20 min. The room stunk, the tub was dirty, broken tiles on the floor and there was dried up blood on the floor, wall and phone. Screaming on the 4th floor.  I had a double bed one linen was yellow the other white and a stained recliner that had white spots all over it. I immediately walked out the room and asked for a refund and was told from Yuri I needed to reach out to Groupon because that’s who I purchased it through. Well after 4 days of going back and fourth with them I finally get a email from Groupon and Wyndham does not want to give me my money back for a nasty, unsafe hotel that I did not stay at. I was completely robbed for $200+ dollars. I will be sharing my experience with Channel 10 & 12. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this ran down, unsafe dirty hotel!

DON’T STAY HERE - Unsafe

We (with our 9 year old daughter) decided to stay here the night before our early flight as to get some extra shut eye. That was a mistake. The couple next door was fighting terribly. We were able to turn up the tv so our daughter didn’t hear. Then around midnight it got really bad, blood curdling screams, and obviously physical. We called the front desk and the police. At 2 am I was meeting with a police officer to explain what I heard. He said about 10 people from the hotel had called. In the morning- with no sleep- we asked the front desk for a refund or compensation for our traumatic experience. He gave us the managers email who has not responded. I understand Wyndham is not responsible for domestic violence however they should acknowledge the guests who had to endure it and at least respond to their emails.

Nightmare

Just don't do it. Rooms are dirty.  Nothing like the pictures.  No dressers, no refrigerators.  Went an entire day with no towels.  People were taking pool towels; which ran out.  I wouldn't even call the food, food.  Just don't eat it.  Front desk staff wasn't helpful; told my daughter at one point to go find a towel in the laundry room..  Glad I wasn't there when she was told that.  Demanded that they replace the old, flaking and down right nasty toilet seat with a new one.  Paid $90 a night. I wouldn't pay $50 to stay at that place again.

Change your reservation before it's too late

We have enjoyed our stay and all because of the service and the  cleanliness of the room.  We’ve come back three times already and each time it has been consistent with the service.  Vincent and Mike are incredible people and they go above and beyond to make sure that people really enjoy themselves.  Everyone here is friendly, personable and professional; the rooms are clean and cozy and just the overall atmosphere is welcoming. Oh and the coffee is so good at the continental breakfast center and the staff is always eager to assist. 
Thank you to everyone, this place is so special because of the employees.

Amazing Service

Crappy hotel, but bartender Vincent is fantastic. What a guy. He makes the place. Otherwise, I found a stink bug in my room, and the heaters were broken. An all around dirty hotel, but at least it’s close to the airport.
