What was good

It is 5 minutes from the airport with free shuttle service all day to the airport and a one time stop and pick up service to Seattle.

What was bad

The night shuttle driver had a strong accent and I couldn’t understand him. This was problematic because we needed to agree on where to meet. When asked to repeat he just talked louder which wasn’t helpful. Finally someone else took the phone and simply said to look for a number on the shuttle hood.
