For $120 this place was a pit. Graffiti on the property, they spray painted the room and splattered it on everything, the carpet, the only chair in the room, the lamp shade, the furniture. The bathroom counter was dirty as was the shower. The towels were dirty. The bed was ok. Not enough parking for the number of rooms so had to park 2 blocks away. No answers to questions before we got there and check-in was abysmal. Never saw anyone that worked there.

Rodeway Inn Ephrata WA

We needed a place to stay after going to the Brandi Carlile concert at The Gorge. This hotel in this town proved to be a convenient choice.  Our drive back after the show was a breeze with very little traffic.  The hotel is a 2 star as described,  but we found it comfortable and clean. Our biggest complaint is that our room was not ready when we checked in at 5pm, but the cordial front desk receptionist allowed us into the room to change and use the facilities,  so it wasn't too big of an inconvenience.  I would definitely stay here again when we are at future shows at The Gorge.

Convenient to the Gorge Amphitheater

Literally the most disgusting and the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced literally in my life. Could not believe my entire experience there. Booked 2 rooms with my family because of the pictures online-$90 a night. Got there and those pictures were....well, absolute lies. The pool was filthy, with rusted and corroded handrails with crumbling pool noodles electrical taped wrapped around them. The rooms we could see into were filthy. The parking lot was filthy with trash. There was CHICKEN WIRE for railings and the light fixtures around the building were hanging out of with exposed wires tied across a hall. There were homeless people with full carts.
I brought this up to management and the woman with a black eye yelled at me (in front of my kid) that I didn’t need to stay there if I didn’t like it and that everything is actually clean. When I pointed out the OBVIOUS filth, she started to yell at me and cuss me out, told me I was lying. She told me to “go to my room right now” and when I said I wanted a refund she told me to bring it up to corporate and said to take pictures if I wanted. So I did and as I was doing that she came out of her room with some dude and yelled at me for taking pictures and told me to get in my room or get in my car. I brought up the chicken wire and she told me that their insurance company MADE them put that up. I said I refused to let my kid in those rooms and she said her kids were there right now. I told her I was sorry for her kids.
After I left, we stopped to get some supplies and the cashier said she knew old employees there. She said they have BED BUGS and it’s also a rent-by-the-hour hotel.
Even better? I found a really nice room at another hotel for $20 less.
—-also just found out they over charged me by $20 over the reservation price and for 3 nights even though I only reserved for 2.

Disgusting-do not stay

I woke up and I just thought to myself, "thank goodness I am not at Roadway Inn." The thing it had going for it is that it was quite because their was no one at the office. Ever since I stayed here I keep getting traumatic flashbacks to when I first entered, dirty bed sheets, no hot water, and cigarette smells when I opened the door. Literally everytime I close my eyes I hear a car speeding by my ears because the doors and windows seem like they have no seals, I wish those seals could have went to my eyes, the sight of the beds still haunts me. Despite all of this, the WORST part is that I thought it was a good idea to stay here. Don't make the same mistake I did. God speed, get outta here. 
Theirs a homeless camp nearby I think. They are cleaner.

I drove here from Philadelphia Apr??5. Son was on assignment in Alaska. He left the key with the friend and Moses lake so I could not get into the apartment and my body could not drive another mile. I found this hotel just around the corner . All-around Nation we were in the peak of the pandemic so they were only a couple of customers there. The room was very clean air condition. I understood it to be Under New Management and I think they were doing a pretty good job they were very accommodating the price purchased under $50 plus tax what's reasonable. I had a very nice stay. At that price I will stay again and again. It was very much worth it. I was so lonely within the first few weeks I wanted to go back to be in to stay until by son return. Thank you

Very Friendly Professional staff

We did not stay here we made reservations and when we pulled up there were mattresses in the pool area and the room was nasty . we left freaked my family out. They billed me $64:00 and are refusing to refund me.i will never recommend this place to anyone.

I stayed one night, July 30. I was on motorcyle trip and made an on line reservation with Hotels.com a few hours before we arrived. I must have inadvertently requested August 12 rather than July 30 but didn't catch the error when I made it. When I arrived the clerk couldn't find the reservation and I showed her the confirmation on my phone and neither of us picked up on the wrong date. She said the reservation sites could be glitchy and gave me the lower internet rate anyway.
On October 12, three months after I stayed there, I got billed for not showing up on August 12. Once I figured out what had happened, I called and asked them to waive the $82 charge. I am sure they were not heavy booked on August 12. Who bill's 2 to 3 months after the fact. Ridiculous! They refused and I have no choice but to pay.The clerk who checked me in is long gone.
And apart from the unpleasant and expensive billing experience,this is really a 1 star hotel if there is such a thing - overpriced,poorly maintained and we dealt with  a screaming child next door for most of the night

Greedy! Don't stay here!

This place was disgusting. The motel clearly has not been maintained and you can definitely see the employees do not care. When we got into our room there was trash in the trash can still, hair in the bed and something in the toilet maybe from a cigarette? We just didn’t feel comfortable there and could not believe that Wyndham would own a property like this-come to find out it isn’t anymore but they still promote it as a Wyndham hotel. That doesn’t seem right to me. They also promote the room as being a “mountain view” but there are no mountains anywhere. We asked for our money back and management was nice enough to give it back without hassle.

Stay away!

Made a reservation months ago to stay night after attending an event at the Gorge. The afternoon before our event the hotel cancelled our reservation stating they were overbooked. Yes, we made reservation online through a hotel booking site for a decent price. Found out from other people who stayed at property, that rooms were almost doubled in price. I don't recommend this motel if you're counting on having a room available

Unethical business

Staff was friendly and accommodating. This is a very basic hotel, quite outdated. The bed was comfortable and the sheets and towels were clean.  It is in the commercial "downtown" strip of Ephrata, and only a few miles from Soap Lake.  It has limited parking, we came late and had to park on the street but it wasn't hard to find a spot.  They did have an overflow lot which we never found.
