Everything was wonderful. I really enjoy this hotel. Deborah at the front desk was awesome. She was very attentive and took care of me. Any concerns I had she was right there to answer and take care of them.

My experience at Hampton Inn was definitely good. I recommend this hotel to my coworkers and family members. Awesome

We were in Waycross attending  family funeral & arrived early before check-in time.Deborah at the front desk went above & beyond getting us a room prior to normal check-in time as we needed to change clothes etc. She was so very polite & genuinely concerned for our family at our time of sorrow. What appeared like an impossibility, Deborah made it possible.  Thank-you so much Deborah & Hampton Inn!

Excellent front desk service

The rooms are very small in comparison to other Hampton Inn's and the door to the bathroom did not close all the way , there was also no vent in the bathroom. Smoke filtered in thru the AC from someone smoking in the hotel. The outside door to the pool was broken so you could not re enter once you went out and many guests were simply propping it open with a rug so they could come and go as they pleased.

Not the Norm for Hampton Inns

We came into town early and stopped in to ask where would be a good place for eating. The answer was provided by a sheet of local restaurants as well as I asked the clerk their favorite and they gave an answer that we actually went and ate at....loved it and will review under another header. The hotel was very comfy. We come to watch the trains in Waycross and had a successful trip even though we had many thunderstorms!!!! Nothing like watching trains from your car in a storm.

Easy to access and nice staff

The rooms here were filthy.  Bathtub and walls were stained.  Hair covered the baseboards.  One member of our group left due to a cockroach being found in the bed.  The close proximity to the train track left us tired as it’s very loud.  The staff was friendly and group enjoyed the pool.  Over all would not return or recommend.

Dirty rooms

Clean, comfortable rooms with friendly staff; breakfast had good choices and was hot! Also the coffee was delicious!! The property was well kept and the common areas were very clean and organized well.

Feeling welcome in Waycross

This hotel is filthy, dirty lobby, elevator rooms. The smell is horrible. You won’t be able to sleep. I can’t believe Hilton allows this. Sad to say I’ll have to be going to the Holiday Inn now in Waycross Georgia.

Don’t come to this hotel

I spent one night there after water pump went out. Mr. Marvin at front desk was friendly and efficient. The housekeeping people were also smiling engaging and friendly. True southern hospitality here! Breakfast was great and ample. Loved the blueberry waffles. My room was clean and bed was comfy.  I would definitely stay there again!

Staff was so nice!

This was a very excellent stay on our Honor band trip the breakfast was served hot and was delicious. The rooms were very clean; however, during the night you could here the train pass through. Overall great stay

Band trip

The hotel has a modern look and feel. The staff are very nice! The first floor including breakfast area was kept clean. All that said I will not stay here again as the carpet in the guest room appears to not have been shampooed in years! My child’s feet were so black from walking in the carpeting. The bathtub also needed to be cleaned which I did myself as I checked in late and housekeeping was gone for the day. On the day of checkout I gathered the dirty towels and linens to place in a pile to ease housekeepers work however i couldn’t bring myself to remove the sheets in fear of what may be there after seeing multiple pillows stained in yellow after removing the pillowcases. Also, I’m looking for the tv remote my child misplaced I had to move one of the mattresses away from the wall where I luckily found it but unfortunately found food trash and depleted balloons. It seemed the hotel wasn’t properly staffed with housekeepers as I only ever saw one housekeeper.
