My family and I have been coming to the Even’tide for many years. We hadn’t been for a few years and it felt like coming home, staying there again. My sister, a recent widow, and I badly needed a relaxing retreat and to get our ocean time. We loved visiting Marconi every day, eating at great nearby restaurants (we especially loved the gluten free fried seafood at Mac’s… so delicious!) and browsing the local shops. We’re planning to make this an annual trip! We give the Even’tide five stars!!

Wonderful, peaceful retreat

Perfect location. Friendly staff. Very Clean. Comfortable accommodations. Easy access to the bike trail and the beach without getting into a car. Nice big pool. Fun extras like shuffle board, mini golf, and a basketball court. Great value. Who could ask for anything more? We'll be returning.

Even'tide checks all the boxes!

Very comfortable 4 night stay at Even’Tide. Very helpful and engaged front desk. Great location. Close to hikes, beaches, bike trails and yummy French bakery!  Loved the large indoor heated pool. Clean room and bath and comfy bed. We  would book again next time.

Nice as advertised!

Wanted to experience the wonders of Wellfleet, and had an excellent stay at the Even’Tide! The staff are so friendly and welcoming! The room was immaculate, with very comfy beds and pillows. The grounds are spacious, woodsy and beautiful; pleasant for walking. There are many outdoor activities and games for all to enjoy, and the indoor pool is enormous and bright. The motel and charming cottages are conveniently located on Route 6, yet set back from the road and away from traffic noise. Open from May to October - be sure to check it out! You’ll be glad you did!

A Wonderful place to stay in Wellfleet!

We totally enjoyed our stay at this lovely motel. The room was so comfortable…the bedding and pillows, and the fluffy white towels.  Everything was immaculate inside and out.  Beautiful indoor pool, lots to do outside, hammocks to lounge in, absolute perfect! Being able to get your Wellfleet beach pass at the front desk is a big time saver.  I can’t wait to come back.

Best stay in Wellfleet

Just returned from 2 nights (Saturday and Sunday). Because it was a last minute trip to go to the Cape there was very little available. Perhaps we got lucky or there was a last minute cancellation but we able to book 2 nights at the Even'tide. Despite the good reviews we were not expecting much from a motel but we were very pleasantly surprised. First, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Second, the grounds and rooms were immaculate and extremely clean. Third, the motel has a ton of recreational amenities; Four, excellent and convenient location; Five, very reasonably priced for weekend high season; Six, rooms very clean, very well appointed, comfortable beds, and very nice bedding. We would not hesitate to return. Despite being totally booked grounds and rooms were pleasantly quiet.

Excellent Last Minute Stay

Our family vacations on the Cape every year and have continued to stay here for the last 10 years and counting. It’s is by far the cleanest and most accommodating Motel we’ve stayed at, and that’s why we’ve continued to book there each year. We were pleasantly surprised by the new renovations that were made to the rooms. They have always been immaculate, but it goes to show the ownership and staff take pride in what they do.

Location is excellent. The cape cod rail trail is literally in the back yard and you are minutes away from the best beaches the cape had to offer. Also, very close to some of the most iconic restaurants on the cape.

Upon checkout we’ve rebooked our stay for the same week each summer and Kevin at the front desk has been more than helpful year in and year out. Would highly recommend.

Excellent stay as always and amazing renovations!

Absolute favorite place to stay on the Cape. Exceeded all of our expectations. Clean and cozy, freshly updated room, amazingly friendly staff, and all of the extras we needed to make our stay perfect. Lots of fun outdoor games to pass the time between excursions, a walking trail to Marconi beach right behind the property, easy access to the Rail Trail, perfect location, everything about this place was just right. Will be back again next time we return to the Cape!

Fantastic stay and will stay again!

No frills, excellent and reliable place to stay with family or couple. Have stayed here several times in cottages with family, and more recently stayed in motel part, which was much better than I was expecting. Friendly staff, always clean, great location, and sits in front of bike trail. Indoor pool and games (puzzles, ping pong), along with open and comfortable lobby for seating were nice. If you get a motel room, get one with a second area with xtra tv, sofa, and sitting area - this really made a big difference. This has been my fourth visit to this resort and I will continue to visit in future.

No frills, reliable, excellent resort

This is a good value. Clean recently update rooms, comfortable mattress, walking distance from cape code rail trail and beach, amazing indoor pool. There are hotel size rooms as well as cottages that have full kitchens. Its a great base to explore the cape.
