My wife and I stayed for three nights while visiting Cap Cod. Check in was speedy and simple, the desk clerk was friendly and efficient. While the rooms are a little basic (no tea coffee in room, but they do have them at reception), the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It’s conveniently located and within walking distance to restaurants. Guestlodge offers great value for your money, where it’s hard to find reasonably priced accommodation. I’d happily stay there in the future.

3 night stay.

My family stayed here after having to cancel a planned vacation in Falmouth.  We were very late in making a reservation and we were very happy to find a place so late.  Like many of the places on Cape Cod, this is a clean, but "dated" motel and is very much no-frills.  The bathroom is very small so privacy is difficult. In this time of electronics, there are very few outlets and only one USB port on the clock radio.  There is a fridge, but not a microwave.  Ice is located ONLY in the main office. 

The pool is clean and there are plenty of chairs to use.  Unfortunately, during our time there was a "family" that was constantly drinking or smoking pot, using very vulgar language and they monopolized the pool area.

Positive:  it is located very close to Sundancers and not too far from the center of Dennis.  South Yarmouth, places to eat and beaches are within 30 minutes.  If you go to Mayflower Beach on a weekend be sure to get there early!

No frills......

I liked this place and would return.  The only thing I didn't like was no coffee maker in the room (you have to go to the front office and the quality of the coffee is weak/poor, and the fact that they offer danish on the weekends but not the weekdays.  I thought that was cheap in that these are the types of danish one purchases in a convenience store and probably cost them $ .25 - .50 each.  In my opinion, either don't offer them at all or offer them every day.  The room was clean and the staff was fine.

Room was very clean and had all that I needed.
Owners were WONDERFUL.
Pool nice and had tables and umbrellas.
Walking distance to many eateries and bars.
Very close to the beach, about a mile.
Wifi and tv connection was terrific.
Will stay there again next year.

Best place to stay

Nice and clean fair priced motel . Complementary coffee at the front desk in the morning. The room Could use plaster and a little paint.   We enjoyed our stay in West Dennis. The nice beaches are what is important to us. Several nice diner options within walking distance

Guest lodge august

The GuestLodge is a no frills motel but was super clean and close to everything. Bed was super comfy, and the rooms have blackout curtains as well! Mini fridge and plenty of parking were also a plus. Affordable way to visit the Cape - would definetly stay again.

Simple, clean, convenient

Simple, clean lodgings with great location close to everything on the Cape. The staff was always courteous and helpful. Good TV and fridge inside room. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water for a shower. Plenty of parking. 

Given how expensive the Cape is, the price is right at GuestLodge. Affordable.

An old style Cape Cod motel that has been renovated. The rooms were simple but spacious and well furnished with a good sized mini fridge. The pool was very nice and the grandsons enjoyed it in the morning before we headed to the beach. There are complimentary coffee and pastries in the lobby and an ice machine. The owners were delightful people. We have already booked our rooms for next year’s family reunion. Stayed a week and price was right.

Horrible place! Dirty bedding, found hair ball in bed ,even when asked to change, twice showed them dirty pillow cases not changed, just turned  over same with bed spread. Place stunk smoke and musty. Drug room next door every night, stunk pot, men  swearing obscenities all night, false advertising, pool too small,  beach too far to walk Housekeepers gave dirty looks every time seeing them after complaints. .Beds very uncomfortable lumpy, no cleaning or dusting. worst toilet paper  Don't waste your money, wasn't worth the $1,000 for this dump! Tv and pool tiny, shower terrible too!
