We stayed in the Virginia Building. Let's just get right to it. 
The room was VERY dirty! 
There was pee and dust around the bottom of the toilet. 
Toothpaste in the sink.
 A fast food wrapper next to our couch.
 It was disgusting and disappointing. 
There was dust piled up along all the walls this had to take weeks to accumulate this much. 
We immediately left. 
It's too bad bc their indoor pool was really nice. 

Dirty

Great place for families with children, amenities were very good, located closed to Assateague Island and Ocean City Boardwalk , friendly staff . Plenty of restaurants around . Only negative- stayed in one of the buildings and beds and sofa bed were extremely uncomfortable.

Stay 

Was an awesome family trip.  There were 18 of us from 5 different states.  The hotel was very accommodating.   We had a great picnic in the outdoor area near the pond.  Some of us had rooms with kitchens and we got great sandwiches from Anthony's Liquor store.  The location is very convenient We went to the beach both days we were there.   Some updates to the bathrooms would be good.  But everything worked and we had a great family reunion.   

Great family trip

The first room they provided was on the third floor in “The Lodge” .  It was not clean, smelled musty, the bathtub looked dirty.  I requested a different room which was improvement .  However in the morning  I found droppings that appeared to be from roaches in both beds.  

The hotel has some excellent amenities for children. This resort has so much potential but cleanliness is a  non-negotiable.  Droppings from roaches or mice is unacceptable.

The resort has potential to be outstanding-needs serious work on the cleaning!

We’ve stayed here a number of times with young family members- the amenities are great  for younger people and this time we had the full kitchen (which is part of the room) and the sofa bed,  so the room seemed quite large. We experienced a problem with small ants but the staff was quick to spray and provide ant traps. If you are on the first floor, you can definitely hear the guests upstairs through the ceiling so you might want an upstairs room. The pools- inside and out- are inviting and my grandson enjoyed the splash pad. The shuttle bus made the beach very accessible and the drivers were so accommodating in handling our wagon and stroller. This resort is a great place for young family especially but if it were adults only, I would stay elsewhere.

Great family resort

Early June so a bit chilly for the outdoor pool but great for the indoor pool which was a blast (slides, water features, volleyball net). We stayed in the main building and were comfortable - but there's no elevator.  The rooms are dated but clean, staff was helpful and pleasant, great location with ample parking.  Free van service and free mini golf.  We skipped the free movie theater.

Family Fun All Day

The Rooms are very old and out dated! Front desk is very rude. They did not want to help you in any way. The rooms that are in the main building look nothing like the pictures on the website. The rooms stink to high heaven. Do yourself a favor and take your business else where.

Stay away!

This was our first time here and I can honestly say that it was perfect. Everything was nearby, the staff was always friendly and answered any and all questions and we were minutes away from the boardwalk. I would recommend this to anyone with a family/children.

Great place for Family vacations

Had a wonderful time. The resort is old but well maintained. Indoor & Outdoor swimming pools, Hot tub,kiddie pool area ,slide in indoor pool too. Friendly & Helpful staff, Very clean. Their is a putt putt course,snack bars & pub, outdoor play area,picnic & picnic area. They have a shuttle bus that takes you to the boardwalk & will take you back as well. We gave some special needs for our daughter & they met those needs . It was a great experience. We will be back.I highly recommend it.

Family Fun

We’ve stayed here several times and brought great-grandchildren this time. Rooms are adequate and there are many water activities to occupy the kids, we used the shuttle many times- so convenient for beach day. The one night- actually 2am- that the people above had a loud altercation we had to call security several times and did not sleep much that night. A big thank you to the manager who refunded our night’s charge without any hesitation and apologized for the problem. My one suggestion would be to stay on the second floor if you don’t mind the stairs because you hear everything down below. This is a fun place for young kids with 2 splash pads, an indoor shallow pool as well as an outside one and several other activities. The shuttle to the beach is a real plus and we used it many times with the driver accommodating our stroller and wagon with no problem. I’m sure we’ll return with the grandkids again
