don’t say you wasn’t warned!
I found so much dirt and spiders and ants
Crawling on me!
The location is just far from everything and very hard to find if you order food.
You guys stay away!
I’m gonna add a photo of the person that you don’t want to meet in the middle of night in this hotel.
The most scariest meanest person that I’ve ever met.
I was trying to extend another day after sleeping there for three days and the scary guy told me that once I extend I need to check in at 3 o’clock.
What is the reason for me to wait until 3 o’clock when I’m already in the room? 
He’s obviously a mean person he shouldn’t be at the front, the last person that you wanna see.
No hello no smile no kindness. Just mean.

I stayed in room 232. Very clean, quiet,  and newly refurbished. Comfortable bed & pillows. Love the instant-on hot water. Very polite and helpful staff. The hotel needs to purchase more hair dryers (blow dryers) and ask customers upon check-in if they will be needing one. I didn't realize that a motel 6 would not have a blow dryer in the room, so called to borrow one in the morning but was told all of them had been checked out. No art on the walls, but perhaps there will be soon? Overhead light was too bright and glaring - needs some sort of lampshade and/or add some lighting near the head of bed, to read by in bed. No kleenex in the room.

No frills, but clean, quiet, comfy. Nice staff

I had originally booked with radisson hotel next to motel 6. Horrible stay at radisson. Motel 6 was my life saver. Sartay was very helpful and understanding. He booked me immediately. The whole stay was wonderful. Young lady on evening shift was so helpful. Sorry don’t know her name. Two thumbs up!! Thank you.

Life savers

Excellent service, expedient Fair humble and respectful that's real important clean and that's really important I have OCD has good food restaurants located near gas right off the freeway quiet secure me and my dog and my friends had a good time

Vacation

My stay was very pleasurable. The rooms were clean. And the staff was remarkable. Thank you again Mr Singh.... I would recommend staying at motel 6 in west sacramento to anybody renting a room in the area! Its not only clean with friendly staff, its peaceful and quite!

Comfortable and relaxing.

After being horribly treated next door at harbor inn  motel 6 came to rescue. It is what it is. No frills. Good value pet friendly. And angel at the front desk lol it is close to good restaurants .....

I stay here frequently. My room is always clean. Properties kept up nice There's a Denny's in the in the parking lot across the street. In the front desk staff is great. The housekeepers are very friendly and do a great job.

My stay at Motel 6. In West Sacramento

Some, not all, of the people who work here are extremely unprofessional in their job and don't care the least bit about customer service. A couple people, in particular, exhibited very sour, even hostile, demeanors with me, and for no reason. They goofed, on THEIR side, in regards to reservations I made, but they absolutely refused to do anything about it and even copped an attitude with me. I have since contacted Corporate, where I was proven to be the one in the right. I'll be taking further action and submitting more evidence in regards to this unnecessary experience in the days to come.

Worst experience in YEARS!!!!

We could hear everything from our neighbors, at one point it sounded like they were rearranging their room.  It also had a major funky smell, almost musky. 

We tried to get more pillows being told housekeeping had gone home and there aren’t any extras any how. The second night when we got back our keycard wouldn’t work because it was keyed for 1 night. After dark there’s a guard checking names to make sure you’re registered there. 

Loud as hell & annoying 

This particular motel 6 left my boyfriend and I stranded after traveling from Tennessee we finally arrived in Sacramento ca at 3:00 am because my boyfriend had court the next morning at 8:30 am. Not to mention my purse being stolen along our travels I had lost my I.D. but however had a very detailed photo copy for my insurance on my car. Even though my boyfriend rented the room and he had a hard copy of his license as soon as they seen me set foot in the room they told us we had to bring my I.D. up front after explaining our situation and providing my paper copy of my I.D. the lady whos name was BRENDA still said we had to go. Upon returning to the room we had only been in 5 minutes she began calling and rushing us to go so we left she also wouldn't give us a refund leaving us with only $40. I will never in my lifetime stay at another motel 6 again!
