I wouldn’t stay here as we still haven’t heard back on why they charged us $100
Excessive Cleaning fee because what they made up isn’t true and we left
It how we entered it.
They said we deliberately moved pictures on the wall and I have no idea what they are talking about.
 
It would be nice if they called or messaged me back

For you. We only had water bottles in the fridge and you acted like that was left dirty……

We never received any code to check in. No one would pick up the phone. No one on site to help. And no social media response. Who the hell runs this place!? My family and I have been sitting doing nothing but trying to contact someone for over an hour

Terrible service

I have visited 9 bar west before and am always so pleased with not just the location, but the cleanliness and coziness of the cabins. 
It always feels like home away from home! 
Can’t wait to come back again.

Great stay!!

The cabin was located in a small pretty town right next to west entrance of yellow stone and we had a great time. Unfortunately, our vacation was ruined at the end when the place ripped us off on money by lying and charging $ 150. This place doesn’t not provide any cleaning supplies and this place doesn’t have even a simple dishwasher I had to buy all cleaning supplies and clean this place. The owner changed me $ 150 stating that he had to “rewash dishes after us” !!!! :))))) it is so frustrating and ridiculous 
It’s not about money it’s about their Hospitality and how they are treating their customers!!  
I would not recommend to my friends this cabin after I was ripped off !!!

Hidden charges be aware

We stayed 5 nights during our yellow stone trip in September. We were 2 families 7 people, the cabin was perfect. There were 3 bedrooms, kids had a separate room with  2 bunk beds. The kids room was kinda cold in the nights. The kitchen was well stocked. The area is close to downtown, parking was on site. It also close to west Yellowstone entrance, We made this as our base of our Yellowstone trip. Host Chris was very helpful right from the beginning. The cabin was not available for one of the days, he went in the website and unlocked the date for us. He also gave us overnight  to think when we had to consult our friends and he blocked the room so no one would take it. We needed iron to press our clothes, sugar for our coffee,  which he readily provided. He was also helpful with tips for our trip. Would recommend this cabin.

Great stay

Basically there is a lot to like here.  The location is nice and in walking distance to many restaurants and the downtown area.  Very close to the National Park, you can be there in literally minutes.  We were in "Deluxe" cabin 3 for 4 days.  It was clean and very well provisioned.  The kitchen is large with plenty of room.  We especially liked the private side yard, it was a great place to unwind at the end of the day with a glass of wine.  There is also a grill available (which we didn't use).  While technically the unit can sleep 6 (3 beds available and only 1 is private) it is important to realize that there is only 1 bathroom.  This is fine for a couple or maybe a small family, but might not be very accommodating to multiple couples.  There is a washer and dryer available, but we couldn't find an iron or ironing board.  This could be a nice enhancement.  It might be available if you ask for it, we didn't.  It is also important to realize that they have very, very strict deposit and cancellation penalties.  While we didn't have any issues (we were coming regardless), if you are needing some flexibility you might really consider someplace else. Lastly the tub/shower is difficult to get in/out of and care is needed.  This might be an issue if you have mobility issues.

Not perfect, but a lot to like

Perfect little cabin (cabin #2) for a Mother and 19 year old daughter trip to Yellowstone NP. Cabin has 2 queen beds- was very clean, convenient and decor was western fun. Could walk to breakfast ; parked out front. Coffee shop within steps of front door. Loved the all online check in check out procedure !

Mother Daughter Hiking Trip

This was my 2nd visit with my dear friend. We stayed in cabin #2. Once again everything was fresh and clean. The beds and pillows are so comfortable,  the cabin has a great heating and cooling unit, and although some may consider it small, it is cozy and has everything you need. The hosts Chris and Tita are super friendly and make you feel welcomed. Chris is a great resource for any recommendations you may need on sightseeing, dining,  or hidden gems. I can't wait til I can plan my trip!

Another great stay

My friend and I visited West Yellowstone and stayed here in cabin#2. The cabin was spotless and had 2 queen beds, perfect for friends or family. There are only a few cabins here and the owner runs a great coffee shop right outside your door.
 The cabin had an awesome heat and air conditioning unit which we used both of on different days. There is a nice large college type refrigerator and a small area to prep a meal if needed and a microwave and nice table and chairs. Big nice ceiling fan, large TV, comfortable bed....we were in heaven!
We loved this cabin so much we added 2 extra days to our stay losing a deposit at another hotel in cooke city. It was a great decision!
Chris was awesome and is the manager.He will take excellent care of you! Tell him you read Rhonda's review on TripAdvisor!
Also great bakery down the road!

Super clean, awesome host!

We were very surprised, the photographs do not do it justice, it is cozy, close to several shops, the administrator was very friendly, he helped us get fishing permits and recommended places to dine. We enjoy it very much
