If I could rate this hotel a zero I would. There were no curtains.There were sheets of paper over the windows for drapes.  The ceiling was cracked and we were on the first floor, i'm sure if someone was above us, Pieces would have fallen. Very dated, no upkeeps done to it at all.Don't waste your money.  Also, the office door was locked. There's apparently a household living there. I woke someone up when I went to the office Door to get a blow dryer, which was not available in the room.

Dated, nasty, save your money

The location of this "resort", LOL, was fine. The rooms leave much to be desired. They take absolutely no pride in this establishment. The air conditioners that are built into the wall have obviously NEVER been cleaned. I was coughing all night and my throat was aching. We were afraid to sleep on the sheets, so we had to resort to sleeping on top of the bed, which did not give us much more peace of mind. I wouldn't stay there again if it were free...

Tacky

The pictures portrayed of this establishment were completely inaccurate of where we stayed.  I stayed here for a couple of nights with a girlfriend of mine for a short weekend beach stay. We did not need anything fancy as we were not going to spend much time besides sleeping in the room. I don’t know where to begin...the room I reserved was a “standard king room”- the description said “with balcony” with an ocean view but received a room with a view of the parking lot with a motel across the street instead, which the police frequented during our stay. There were flies in the room, it smelled musty and moldy, the accommodations were substandard. I debated sleeping in the car instead. I would never recommend this place to anyone. 

Never again!!

I can’t believe the owners of this place can actually let people sleep in this Dump.Filthy mildew mold dirty smelly bed no heat paper hung up on the door for curtains!!!! I refused to stay there and asked for my money back and they tried to charge me for one night!!!!!!!! They should no be allowed to operate a hotel!! Never again.My visit was supposed to be October 3rd to the 6th.

Absolute Disgrace

The staff was friendly and the location was great. Our room, however had extremely uncomfortable beds, thin pillows and our double room had no bathroom sink (it was out in the main area), although other rooms had larger bathrooms. Stayed here off season, as the price was reasonable, but would never stay here during the higher priced season.

Staff friendly, the room left much to be desired

We were looking for a place to stay that was not to expensive and within walking distance to the beach.The price was good and the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The rooms are a bit dated but for the price you can't go wrong. The walls are a bit thin and you could hear people talking in the middle of the night but I slept right through it but my husband woke up.

Not bad at all

Stayed now for two consecutive years at this property and have not been disappointed. Rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. Staff is very hospitable and friendly. Beach is extremely close and walkable along with many other things to do. Free parking is always monitored by staff like it is thier own vehicle. In essence, you just feel like you are home and totally safe with nothing to worry about.  Please keep up the good work it makes the big hotel chains look like they should be trianed by you.

Like at Home

In town for a 1/2 marathon.  There was 4 of us in the room and each one of us were  disgusted! We went to the nearest Walmart for sheets and blankets. Sheets on pillows and mattress were stained as well as the Carpets were stained up. The furniture outdated and banged up. The door did not properly lock and had a white paper sheet of paper as a shade. Bathroom baseboards rusty and old. I can go on and on not to mention they wanted to charge us for a bucket of ice! Never again! Choose wisely and take heed!

Overly priced for hotel that needs major renovations 

The hotel is outdated. No phones in the rooms. Threshold was broken. Shower caddy was covered with pink mold that we removed it and gave it to housekeeping. For the price
 I paid, very unhappy! Not much information was available as to activities, restaurants, use of the gas grill, etc. Shampoo, soap n cofffe supplied was sad!
