This motel is sorry. I'm laying down resting cause I'm pregnant and sick and people have been all doing construction in the next room all day.. drilling the walls, banging on everything , ripping out and reinstalling tile. Then taking furniture and matteresses out the room and putting them outside my front door and by the staircase to sit there all day !.. who does that? I Pay 400$+ a week to hear Loudddd banging threw thin walls all day long! this wasn't even worth paying a week. Wanna do all that construction next door but can't come fix our sink we havnt used sense we got here our light we never had can't replace the remote or trash we never even had.. I'm bouts say something this is ridiculous.. this is so rude and unprofessional. Like its sooo loud.. I swear.. and Then I wake up just now all scared from banging, for like the 10th time and I walk outside and i almost step on a screw!!. Then the man just looks at me can't even say sorry for being loud or nothing can't even see over the balcony nothing but nasty dirty mattresses in my face as soon as I step outside.. This is disgusting!!! But they wanna steady charge us 5 bucks for a key.. 

wait i Forgot this is the holiday inn were there keys are so precious. Ugh if this was the case I woulda made a bed by a dirty construction sight! Not to mention I'm sick due to the dirtiness of the room ! Stains on the walls everything's falling apart no room service no new towels, beds are gross !

The utmost disgusting unpleasant stay of my life !

This is an older facility.  The rooms are small.  The fridge was not useable due a build up of frost.  The lavatory drained slow.  The breakfast was the usual Holiday Inn fare.  It is OK for a couple of days.  But, it is not for a long stay.

Small rooms.

I don't even know where to begin. I made reservations online like I usually do. This was the first time I have ever been grossly and I do mean GROSSly disappointed! 
Let me start with the good. There are actually a couple good things about this place. I thought the beds were comfy (with my own blanket under me and over me and my pillow). It was also fairly quiet on the nights we were there.
Now for the bad: Make sure they give you your driver's license back when you check in. I didn't realize they kept it until I needed it for a purchase. Panic ensued when I couidn't find my dl anywhere. I knew I had it when I checked in but thought if I had left it that it would have been brought back to me. Nope. I went and asked and sure enough they had mine and a few others too because "sometimes we keep them until you check out". That means their guests are driving around without their driver's licenses!
' I booked a non-smoking room. I am not sure they really DO have any non-smoking rooms. Ours reeked of cigarette smoke. The carpet hadn't seen a vacuum in quite some time. In one of the nightstand drawers there was a go cup lid that someone had used as an ashtray and a fake fingernail someone had lost. Our bathroom door looked like it had been dusted for fingerprints. One day while we were out, two of the rooms below ours had a fire and the exterminator visited and left a note on one of our beds. Hmm. Above our door there was a "spot" for lack of a better word. It was not flat, about 3 inches in diameter and blackish brown. I am choosing (still) to this day to think it was an over ripe banana chunk that someone threw. Who knows what it actually was. We only had one hand towel for the three days that the two of us were there. No one ever checked our room. We ran out of toilet paper so we called the front desk to see if someone could bring a roll up to us. We were told we would have to go get it ourselves. On our last night there, we finally wanted to turn on the TV. There was no remote. Another call to the front desk revealed that they didn't have any more remotes. Sadly, I paid cash on the first night for the following 2 nights as well. There was a sign in the office saying: "NO refunds for any reason." I guess that should have been my first clue. We will tell stories and laugh about this place for a very long time. But...for the love of God, do NOT stay here if you can avoid it. EVER.

Sometimes you just have to laugh or maybe vomit!

"Mary", the owner,was person we dealt with. Overcharged from the start cuz of her math errors.I was told I had been rude to her other staff (a lie from Mary told right in front of me).Room was filthy.Bought our own cleaners & spent 2 hrs cleaning before shower could be used due to mold, mildew & soapscum. A syringe was found under bed. Unknown substances on walls.I nicely asked for more towels & washcloths & sheets (did not want disturbed in the morning)& was told "i have to ask for permission to give out linens").  After returning to room, I received call from a woman yelling "don't ever come down here demanding s&$t(slang for feces) again!". I was in fear my tires would be slashed--they knew my room number & my tag number.Had to go to hotel next door for ice & coffee. No remote for tv. No refund policy in place.

A Nightmare.  A Hotel from Hell.

If you value your health or your loved ones at all, never, I mean NEVER step foot in their hotel, not even the lobby. First off, there was only one employee in the lobby and he took his sweet 15-20 min to check us in. When we opened the door to our room the stench of smoked surrounded us. Then we were able to see the room in better detail. Our door didn't close all the way, the blankets had rips, the mattress had yellow and brown stains, the curtains wouldn't close, the carpet was even stained, an office chair that looked as if someone experimented with which substances would create the darkest stains, and that's  not even all!!! We had to provide our own toilet paper, towels, tissues and soap. Please don't pay for a room at this dump.
