Very clean, comfortable, world class service, felt very safe. They serve a nice selection of breakfast which we took advantage of and would stay here again for sure. Walking distance to Cracker Barrel on a path provided. A must stay when in the area.

Don't  pass up a Great sleep

Very nice Hampton Inn.....front desk staff was very friendly, the room was spacious and  spotless.....comfy bed and nice large bathroom!!  We had a late arrival but staff was welcoming and our stay was good....breakfast was good and the attendant kept the dining area spotless!!!

Nice Location, Great Room!!!

Upon entering my upgraded jetted tub room, I wondered: #1-What is that smell? #2-Why are there dead bugs on the floor? #3-Why is it so dark? Later I would notice a woman’s nightgown in the closet, and multiple live centipede-like bugs crawling everywhere. Let’s face it—this hotel has seen better days. It’s old, worn, and suffering from a lack of needed improvements. Had my wife been with me, we wouldn’t have stayed. This is not up to Hampton Inn standards. The staff is friendly and I was given a discount when I shared my experience with the front desk the next morning. I wouldn’t stay here again. I’m concerned about how thorough the cleaning is when left behind clothing is not noticed. Also, saw a hair prominently displayed on the conditioner bottle in the shower.

Centipedes, Old Clothes, A Hair, and “What’s that smell?”

We stayed here for one night in Dec. 2023; this hotel was generally very nice and appeared new. Our room was sparkling clean and comfortable. However, the showerhead needs replacing, and the wall-mounted conditioner bottle was empty; also the tub was one of those rounded-bottom ones that I find painful to stand in during showering. The TV in our room was very small; we had a mini-fridge but no microwave (we were told we could use the lobby’s). The breakfast here was awful--egg crumbles, burnt sausage patties, and tart oranges were among the selections.

There is no phone in our room and I have asked why and they told me something about some phones being broken so they are replacing them. Also, our bathtub was not clean enough. I have made a complaint to the management and we will see how soon housekeeping gets over here to fix it. I feel there is no excuse for that other than laziness.

No phone dirty shower

Oh my goodness!  LOVE THIS HOTEL!  The rooms are spacious, quiet and super clean. You get a great place at a great price!  The open area is wonderful if you want to play games and visit. The breakfast was very good!  This hotel had a "YOU ARE HOME" feel because the general manager Harold, staff Patty, Keena and Jason, as well as the housekeepers were soooooo amazing.  I hope the owner knows how blessed he is to have such an amazing staff.  They took pride in their job and this hotel!

LOVE THIS HOTEL

The last room in the building - lots going on that night! I wanted to give it 4 stars: The whirlpool room. Unfortunately also the room with centipedes.
It was a very nice room overall. Needed a lamp near the desk so could work, & the blackout shade in the bathroom needed to be a bit more blackout. But the centipedes were, well, bothersome. In talking to the GM at the front desk in the morning, he is aware of them & they're trying to alleviate the issue. They have a new mulch & the bugs.....appeared.... We had a great conversation & hopefully the issue will be fixed. It's a very nice hotel, just not great yet.

Want to give it a higher rating, but not until I return & know things are fixed.

The staff was friendly when we arrived. When we needed towels, they quickly met that need. They ensured we had a pleasant stay. The pool area was clean and towels were available pool side. Our room was very clean!  

Great Room

This is the second Hilton property that I’ve stayed at in a row that has had major issues and I’ve had problems with. I checked in gotten to my room, sat down at the desk, set up my workstation and started working. While working, I felt something on my arm and hand and looked down, and I had multiple ants crawling all over my arm, hand, and laptop. I headed to the front desk to ask them if they would be willing to switch me to another room. I waited at the front desk so long that I started calling the front desk to get someone to show up. However, no one showed up for at least 10 to 15 minutes. Then a lady did finally show up and she was amazing. However, while talking to her, I figured out she’s the only person working and has no help. This is absolutely unacceptable in my opinion. I got checked into the new room and everything seem to be fine. However, here’s a few more things that made this day unpleasant at this property. The new room I was put in has a light right outside the window while there are curtains to block out light the curtains weren’t positioned in a well enough place so I had a bright light coming through my window around the creases of the curtains all night and got very little sleep. I went to get a snack to find out their snack area was pretty much depleted and no one has restocked it. It looks like in a long time. After picking out the few snacks that I could find I did and waited in line because the one lady was on the phone with a customer after 10 or 15 minutes yet again after she had said, she would help me in a minute she did acknowledge me. I put the snacks back had to go back to my room and came back and bought the snacks later on in the evening. 

Not The Best

We stay at this inn often on our trips from Florida to Chicago. It's very convenient outside of Nashville and always provides a peaceful night for a good price. Coffee always in the lobby and staff is pleasant, if sometimes too busy to be alone. Breakfast is standard Hampton and there's enough options to make everyone happy and ready for te day.
